Front wall upstairs is completely glass with an unobstructed beautiful view of the Columbia River with a large balcony to relax on, eat dinner, have cocktail watch the sunset, and BBQ. Half acre with grass areas for relaxing or to play! Open concept with upscale appliances. Mall and restaurants are only a mile away! Parking upstairs and down stairs for cars, motorhome or to park a boat. Boat launch at the river is a mile away. Great for entertaining, family friendly yet also upscale!

2 level House, 2 full Kitchens, washer, dryer, lots of parking area for Boat and Motor Home too. Close to shopping, resturants, fwy's and more. 5 minutes to be a river front. Boat rentals, bike rentals, and more.

Guest access

To everything on the 1/2 acre of property. I have yard games, BBQ, porch swing, lawn chairs etc.

Interaction with guests

Always available to interact with guests if needed. I live less than 3 miles away. I will never bother you unexpectedly.

Other things to note

House is just as comfortable for 2-4 people as it is for 12. This is why I price it the way I do per guest after 2 people. So all can enjoy this beautiful home and property.

Each room was clean, with multiple beds in most rooms. The kitchen(s) were clean and amply stocked with utensils and maybe more importantly coffee supplies! Would definitely consider staying there again in the future.

The kitchen, baths and laundry room were well stocked. Fun yard games for the children and comfortable relaxation areas for all ages. We had grandparents, parents and children from 9 to 13 - all loved it!

Great location with easy access to main roads. Beautiful view of the river off the balcony. Great outdoor seating for dining and large grass space great for kids to run around and play. This house easily accommodated our large group for meals. Highly recommend! Also the host/owner checked in via text after we arrived to make sure we got into the house ok and had everything we needed.
