One-Level 4BR Home - Sunshine, Wine & Dine

ONE-LEVEL 4 bedroom, beautifully furnished and decorated, new home. Games in the garage... ping pong, foosball, arcade basketball, darts, cornhole and toys for little ones. You'll be comfortable and entertained. A great neighborhood with new homes in the area and sidewalks for walking. Pets are allowed, but note that there is a non-refundable pet fee of $150. For 2 or 3 pets, the fee is $300 (total).

Many fantastic wineries nearby… Red Mountain AVA. Go hiking at Badger and Candy Mountains. Several miles of biking trails. Lots of shopping and dining… don’t miss Country Mercantile. Lots of family activities too… something for everyone! Go fishing or golfing, or even a falcon hunt! Rent jet skis, kayaks or stand-up paddleboards. Boasting 300 days of sunshine annually. Vacation in style and stay a while! Escape it all, yet take it all in! Enjoy!
