The local YMCA is just a short walk away for your morning workout, while Atkinson's Park is close by for a great place to walk.

Nice spot to stay

The apartment was close to downtown Ketchum and a short drive to may attractions. Also, it was well set up with a full kitchen and lots of linens. It was clean and comfortable.

Central Location for Easy Access

Very simple place with all necessary amenities close to Warm Springs, Downtown Ketchum, River Run, Adams Gulch, etc. We had a great time.

Was a convenient place to get to when entering Ketchum from the east. Also easy to visit shops in town by foot. Plenty of room to sleep three.

Perfect fit!

Great little condo

This was a wonderful little condo to stay in for our conference in Ketchum. 4 minutes (driving distance) away from downtown. Very clean and great aminities. We appreciated the coffee maker, microwave, extra towels and smart tv. Beds were also very comfortable.

A bit tired

I'm a little confused at so many glowing 5-star reviews of this condo. It was fine, albeit basic, cheap and dated feeling to us. It was certainly much lower level than rentals we typically get. You would argue that this is the price point, and maybe that's just true for Ketchum in winter but it was not remotely worth the price we paid for 2 nights. On a positive note, it was clean and close enough to town to walk.

Very comfortable and dog friendly

Great location next to Atkinsons Park. We were worried about the gas stove heating the entire space but it did a great job and we had a wonderful time. We would recommend to anyone looking for a dog friendly place to stay.

A good weekend

My wife, 2 dogs and I stayed here for a long weekend. Everything was as expected with the place. It was cozy and worked perfect for what we needed. We like to cook and we're able to accomplish some straightforward meals with the kitchen and the grill outside. The place stayed plenty warm with the gas fireplace too. The location of the place was excellent for us because we were able to let our dogs out into the school feild, which was 25 feet from the door, so they could stretch their legs and do their business. The location was also great because it was about a 5-7 minute walk to get to the north end of main street by taking the trail through the school which was shorter and avoiding walking along warm springs road. We walked to dinner and the breweries multiple times, and along the wood river trail with the dogs. It was perfect.

Cozy and Comfortable

Location is great! We enjoyed the easy access to large field and river with our doodle. We also liked the nearby tennis, bike path access and that it is within easy walking distance to town. Neighborhood seemed quiet too and friendly.

Great place for value in Ketchum

This is a cozy place in Ketchum. It was perfect for our family of four and our two dogs. We are fellow vacation rental home owners, so we have a list of what we like to see in rental homes. The linens, furnishings, and furniture were all nice. They gave us plenty of towels, dish towels, toilet paper and paper towels for our 7 day stay. One recommendation would be better frying pans. Also, the owners really should put in a stackable washer & dryer. It would have made our stay much easier. We did go do laundry at Grumpy’s just around the corner though. There is no dishwasher either, but we didn’t mind doing the dishes. We could not connect/stream shows (using our Hulu, Amazon, Netflix, etc) on the TV downstairs, so we had to go upstairs to kids area to use that smart TV to do so. Our dogs enjoyed the large field just steps out front of the unit to run & play. Everything is walkable to shops, restaurants, grocery, etc.

Another great stay at Pinewood Delight!

My 2nd stay at this lovely condo in Ketchum. So close to town you can walk everywhere, but far enough away that you don’t hear the night time noise. The kitchen is very well equipped for all your cooking needs. And don’t let “the fireplace is the only heating source” scare you off from staying here. It provides more than enough heat to keep you toasty warm! I’m sure I’ll stay here again!!
