All ready of the massif of Estérel, come to pass a pleasant stay in a flat in ground-garden, with sight on the Dramont lake, in 10 minutes of the beach (no road to cross), you will appreciate the frame of ST RAPHAEL neighborhood, close to the city center. This accommodation in a residence with private swimming pool, includes a bedroom, living room with kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet, a terrace of 20 m2 and a garden of 40 m2, overlooking the lake, with views. The residence has private car parks. A small train Cap Estérel dessert, free, the beach. Nearby you will find all the useful shops (SPAR, pharmacy, bakery, rotisserie and various restaurants. Environment close to the Estérel massif (many hikes). * Linens provided.
We provide 1 cot and a baby high chair.
At the end of your stay a cleaning proposal is proposed for 50 €.

Logement très fonctionnel avec tout l’équipement nécessaire, il est très bien situé à 5min à pied de la plage du débarquement et 10min des criques (location de paddle ou de kayak sur la plage pour découvrir la côte)La résidence est située au calme, aucune nuisance liée à la voie ferrée à proximité. La piscine est très pratique pour se détendre après une balade dans le massif de l’Esterel.Le logement ne disposant pas de climatisation, il est souhaitable de fermer les volets en journée et d’ouvrir les fenêtres la nuit en cas de forte chaleur. Cela ne nous a pas gêné lors de notre séjour malgré des températures très élevées à l’extérieur.Commerces à proximité (2min à pied).Je recommande ce logement.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist ideal für eine Familie mit Kleinkindern oder für 2 Personen und der Pool bietet eine super Alternative zum Meer, welches in 5-10 Gehminuten erreichbar ist. Sehr praktisch ist auch, dass ein Supermarkt und Bäcker zu Fuss erreichbar ist, da die Parkplatzsituation in der Hauptsaison eher kritisch ist.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines magnifiques dans cet hébergement. Le logement est fonctionnel et tout à fait conforme à l annonce. La literie des 2 lits est de qualité. Les propriétaires sont hyper réactif quand on a besoin (un grand merci encore), disponible, à l écoute et de bons conseils sur la région. L emplacement du logement permet de laisser la voiture et d aller à la plage à pied. La boulangerie, pharmacie et Spar sont aussi à côté.

sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und haben uns herzlich empfangen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal. Nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss zur Bahnstation und zum Strand. Eine Bäckerei und ein Laden sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. Der Pool ist super, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Schöner Urlaub mit perfekter Lage

Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Die Strände und Wanderrouten in der Nähe sind sehr schön. Der Pool ist zur Mitbenutzung. Die Wohnung war sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und man hat eine Lösung gefunden, dass wir kein französisch gesprochen haben.

Très bon séjour, grâce à la discrétion des voisins les plus proches...

Idéalement situé pour aller se promener à pied autour du Dramont, vers les différentes plages ou dans le massif de l Estérel. Les commerces de proximité sont à 2 pas. Le train n est vraiment pas gênant et permet de gagner St Raphaël en 7 mn ! La petite piscine permet de se rafraîchir en rentrant de balade. Excellente vacances au calme !
