About this property

Taking Summer 2026 Reservations now, Dog Friendly

The property has Solar Panels.

The house has 3 bedrooms with one bath in the house and one bathroom outside along with a large, enclosed yard, newly renovated decking in 2022 with new seating and eating areas, picnic area, back porch.

There are 3 bedrooms with full-size beds. We have a large family room with a sectional as well as a small couch.

The kitchen was newly renovated in 2021 with all new Samsung appliance and all the kitchen utensils you would need.

Central Air throughout the house.

We have all the amenities that you would need. We have a washer and dryer as well.

There is street parking in front of the house.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Beach Weekend

My friends and I wanted a nice beach weekend and that is exactly what we got. Very easy check in/out process, Bill and Nena were easy to communicate with, the house was clean, and the backyard was everything we could have asked for. I would recommend to anyone looking for a Wildwood vacation.

Weekend getaway

My family and I were happy with the property and our stay. My only complaint is there was an error with the booking process which I did clarify with the owner at the time of booking approximately 4 months prior to our stay but was notified 2 days prior to check in that due to this error additional payments would be needed and feel this should have been addressed at the time the error was initially discussed. Otherwise happy with our stay.

Cozy home in a nice beach town

Great sized property! We really appreciated the towels in every bedroom and a comfortable amount of space for 8 people. Check in and check out process was very easy and relaxed. Great backyard! We were shocked to find the second bathroom was outside but it worked out well and was convenient after returning from the beach.

Why they chose this property

This was a family property since 1994.

What makes this property unique

This is a large grass fenced in back yard. We also allow parking on the front grass during the busy summer days when parking is hard to come by.

The backyard has everything you will need including, multiple seating and eating areas. This has been newly renovated in 2022. Front and back porches. The grass area is large for kids or adults to play. We have many children's toys in the back yard as well as toys for the adults, so staying at our place is more than just a place to sleep.
