Pleasant house in Concarneau

Welcome to our renovated family home to discover Concarneau and southern Finistère.
It is located in a quiet area, a former fishing district.
the beaches are close (15 min on foot), local shops 5 min on foot (bakery, tobacco press caterer) and beautiful walks.
It is an ideal accommodation for a couple with children (enclosed garden, suitable equipment)
It consists of ground floor: garage, utility room, kitchen, living room, toilet. 1 floor: 3 beautiful bedrooms, bathroom (bath, shower, wc)
The garden is closed of 300m2, with a beautiful terrace. We have a gray hen in her chicken coop.

We leave you at your disposal: a women's hybrid bike, an electric bike with its cart (ideal for beach affairs and a child) and baby carrier.
