Apartamento en planta baja con patio privado y un pequeño jardín de flores con vistas al río Lauch y a la Pequeña Venecia.
DESCRIPCIÓN DEL APARTAMENTO:
desde la entrada, dé a la derecha el dormitorio (cama de matrimonio de 160 cm) y el baño (bañera, WC, lavadora). A la izquierda, un primer salón con TV y cristal con vista al patio, luego, tras tres escalones, un segundo salón con sillón convertible en muy buena cama individual (80 cm), biblioteca y conexión a internet (cable o Wifi ) y finalmente, en continuidad, una cocina independiente muy bien equipada (nevera/congelador, microondas, lavavajillas).
Acceso directo al patio equipado con muebles de jardín, por la entrada o por la cocina.
El apartamento está previsto para 2 a 3 personas (Una cama doble y una cama supletoria para 1 persona). No es apto para personas con movilidad reducida.
Servicio de limpieza ofrecido al final de la estancia por 40 euros.
Todas las tiendas, mercado cubierto, empresas de catering, restaurantes cercanos.
Se proporcionan sábanas, fundas de almohada, toallas, paños de cocina, aspiradora, productos de limpieza y lavado (lavavajillas + lavadora), así como una pequeña "tienda de comestibles" para solucionar problemas.
OBSERVACIONES:
- durante el período de verano y vacaciones escolares, las reservas se realizan por semana completa.

Brigitte and Christian were fantastic hosts; very warm and welcoming! They met us at the train station and allowed us to check-in early. They shared information they thought we would be interested in (we were) throughout our stay and were responsive to any inquiries we had. The apartment is well located on a canal and is very cozy, charming and clean. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. They even provided some welcome treats for us.

Absolutely amazing stay at La Maison Bleue. The location was spot on. Right in the heart of everything. The property itself had everything you could need. The hosts Bridgitte & Christian are quite possibly the best hosts weve ever encountered. They even met us at the train station after midnight due to delays with our flight. Then picked us up to take us back to the train station early morning. All in all 1 of our best trips everything considered. Its understandable this place having perfect reviews. Thanks very much for a memorable few days.

This is a beautiful rental in the heart of La Petite Venise. It's an easy walk to shops and restaurants. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable, and well furnished. Possibly my favorite part is the view of the canal, and people watching. We look forward to returning!

Colmar visit

We came to Colmar after a vacation in Paris. Bridgette and Christian met us at the train and drove us to our lovely rental. It was adorable. Location was perfect to explore this wonderful town. Everything was as listed. The home is unique with all the furnishings that are perfect for this style of house. We so enjoyed this town and home and would love to return someday. Thank you for everything.

Great Place

Brigitte and Christian were incredible hosts! They went above and beyond for us in evry way. We had travel troubles and they stayed up to give us a ride from the bus station in the middle of the night. It was absolutely incredible Thank you so much!

A magical stay!

Maison Bleue feels like a home away from home. Everything is exactly as you see in the listing, very clean very comfortable, very charming! The location is superb and how nice it was to be on the ground floor with no stairs! I especially enjoyed opening up the kitchen window to watch the small boats, ducks and beautiful swan go by. Christian and Brigitte are most gracious hosts, offering to pick you up and deliver you back to the train station. And the gift basket of goodies they provided was such a nice surprise! We treasure our memories of Christian, Brigitte and Maison Bleue!

Beautiful old house in a perfect location.

Brigitte and Christian were ideal hosts even providing transport from the train station. The gite is located ideally in Little Venice backing up on the River Lauch and literally around the corner from the bridge. The centre city is within easy walking distance. There are many restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Be aware that as a gite not all necessary supplies are available and the tub has very high sides. However, the accommodations are very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this accommodation.

Wonderful accommodations. Walking distance to everything. Could not ask for better hosts, very welcoming . Would totally recommend a stay in Colmar at the blue house. We felt safe and at home. The best experience!!

Wonderful location and hosts

We stayed 4 nights and we can highly recommend this apartment. The location is perfect to explore the old town. Just a 10 minute walk from the train station but Brigitte and Christian so kindly picked us up from the train station on arrival and took us back on departure. We felt so comfortable staying there. Everything was sparkling clean on arrival. We particularly enjoyed the garden area in the quiet of the mornings and then later in the day.

Amazing!!!

I’ve stayed at quite a few places and this one is probably my most favorite of all. The pictures show the beauty of of the house and area but can’t capture how magical it is. What took our experience over the top was how helpful and kind Brigitte and Christian were. This place is truly a gem and we hope to return one day!

Charming flat

We were very impressed with the flat. It could not have been more perfect. The location excellent, right in the old part of town. The kitchen was well equipped and we were greeted with a few treats. Brigitte and Christian were very nice as well. I would recommend this location.

Colmar perfection.

Beautiful apartment right on the canal in Colmar. Brigitte and Christian are perfect hosts. Picked up and dropped us back to the train station was a plus. Colmar and the surroundings of the apartment are superb, Christmas markets at the door as are restaurants and within walking distance to sights. A very happy stay was had. Well recommended.

50th Anniversary

The property was perfect for our two week stay in Colmar. We used it for our base to visit the Alsace region with a car and took the train also. Everything we needed was provided for in the apartment and more. Brigitte and Christian were very kind and helpful. We loved meeting and talking with them.

A delightful stay in a fairytale village!

Brigitte and Christian welcomed us to their lovely VRBO by picking us up at the train! Their apartment is in the best location in Old Colmar, with charming , comfortable furnishings, a well equipped kitchen, and it is tight on the canal, with a picturesque bridge very nearby. Old Colmar is an intriguing, beautiful ‘trip to the past’, with medieval architecture, winding streets with shops, museums and restaurants, and the landing for a boat ride on the canal is around the corner. This stay was truly amazing, I highly recommend you reserve here.

Absolutely wonderful!

Felt like I was in a fairytale. Everything was wonderful at La Maison Bleue. Hosts, Brigitte and Christian are very nice people. Even picked me up and dropped me off at the train station. I enjoyed every moment of my stay. It is right in the heart of Colmar, but still quiet. Loved walking to everything, especially the covered market. Enjoyed the private patio. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. Absolutely would stay here again.

Wonderfully perfect!

Beautiful home in a perfect location on the water. Close to several restaurants, bars, photo ops, souvenir shops, bakeries, everything. The owners are very sweet and accommodating and even provided us with a rise to and from the train station even though our train was definitely not on our side the day of our arrival. Lol. Absolutely would recommend and absolutely would book this property again. Thank you!

The perfect spot!

Brigitte and Christian's place is perfect! It is right in the old town of Colmar - we could watch the children sing Christmas songs in their barges on the canal right from the kitchen window! An easy walk to everything. Very clean, very cozy, very pleasant. Plus Brigitte and Christian were kind enough to pick us up at the station and explain how to work things at the apartment. This is one of the best VBRO experiences I have ever had

Cozy Colmar Retreat

Maison Bleu is right in the heart of the old town, yet the lovely patio on the canal helps you escape and recharge. Brigitte and Christian's home has everything necessary for a great stay. It offers you the ability to dine in or easily explore the many wonderful restaurants nearby. We were able to see all the sights by foot and by the easy Kutzig bus to the charming villages in the valley. The personal touches were above and beyond, from the ride to and from the train station to the welcome basket of goodies, complete with Brigitte's jam! We are grateful we found this delightful home to rent.
