Located on a quiet cul-de-sac street in Bonita National Golf & Country Club this home has everything you could want right on the property. With full membership transfer, guests are able to access the 18-Hole Championship Golf Course, state of the art Fitness Center, Spin Studio, Resort Style Pool, Lighted Clay Tennis Courts, full-service Spa, Pro-Shop and an Aqua Golf Range. For your culinary experiences there are three dining options…the clubhouse features two restaurants and there is the ever-popular pool side tiki bar and grill. The Activities Director provides a full schedule of fun events to meet a wide-range of interests. Those that just transfer the Social Membership will have access to all the amenities except for golf. This is NOT your typical rental house - it has been professionally decorated, furnished and is well stocked with everything you will need! The spacious open, airy floor plan lives large and is great for entertaining. Upgraded with numerous details such as tray ceilings, crown molding, plantation shutters & specialty lighting in all the rooms. The great room features a 70” HDTV Smart TV, comfortable seating and bar area. PURA VIDA is great for entertaining or just relaxing on your own after a day at the beach or on the links. The gourmet kitchen has upgraded GE Profile stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and all cooking utensils, small appliances and amenities you’ll need and more! The dining area features a gorgeous table that seats 6+ in addition to bar seating in the kitchen. If you prefer dining "al fresco" - we have a beautiful outdoor table that seats 6. The master suite is your place to escape and relax…curl up with a book in the reading nook, get your TV fix with a 40" HDTV, or soak in the large roman tub in your own luxurious master bath with separate sinks, separate glass shower and a private toilet room. Large walk-in closet and private access to the lanai is what makes this the perfect retreat. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have king beds and are in a separate part of the house, along with the 2nd bath with a beautiful glassed-in shower. This guest wing has a bonus with a pocket-door that can be closed off to ensure privacy and turn this area into its own two-bedroom suite. Den/Office or 4th bedroom with French doors is a multi-purpose room. Set up as an office for those that still have work needs, and then if a 4th bedroom is needed, there is sofa with a queen memory foam mattress plus a walk-in closet. All bedrooms/baths have all high-quality linens, towels, hairdryers and we have made sure you have plenty of hangers. It is those little extras that make Pura Vida the PERFECT home away from home. A covered screened in lanai with lounge seating, TV, UPDATED outdoor kitchen as well as a dining table with a fire pit complete the outdoor living space - the refreshing pool and relaxing spa finish off this outdoor oasis. We have a large umbrella for those that want shade and lounge chairs for the "sun-worshipers"! The umbrella even lights up at night. The home has a two-car garage and is located within walking distance to the clubhouse. PURA VIDA is decorated with soothing colors and unique accents that make for a one-of-a-kind “model home” experience.

***Social Membership transfer only (required) is based on length of rental (prices include 6.5% tax): $424/one month, $344.50/two months and $318/three months...social transfer provides you full access to all club amenities except golf - championship tennis center, resort pool, all dining venues, special events, state of the art fitness center. Add optional golf membership transfer for a one time fee of $532.50. Cleaning Fee: $350 per month (we require the home to be cleaned every 2 weeks - additional cleanings can be arranged for an additional charge.) Pets: We may allow a small pet with prior approval, previous renter reference and subject to non-refundable pet cleaning fee. Pet Fee: $ 350 (one-time fee) payment terms vary based on length of stay, dates, booked, etc. We require 25% at time of booking, 50% balance 6 months prior to day of arrival and remaining balance 60 days prior to arrival. NOTE: Bonita National does not allow rentals for less than 30-days.
