Lovely 3 room with exceptional view in the heart of Avoriaz (ski-in/ski out!)

Our accommodation is perfect for couples and families with children, and is located near the center of the resort, restaurants, shops, ski schools, and ski lifts. Depart on skis and return with them – ski-in and ski-out as you’d like!

Located on the 11th floor with elevator, you will enjoy our accommodation for its stunning views and delightful amenities. The apartment is southwest facing so you will have plenty of light throughout the entire day and can enjoy a breathtaking sunset for apéro each evening on two balconies.

A private ski room on the same floor is at your disposal, where you can store your skis, shoes, clothes, and all equipment.

The accommodation has 2 bedrooms, 1 bunk bed area that fits 2 adults, 1 large living room with a very comfortable pull-out sofa bed. An additional single bed may be placed in the living room if needed.

There are 2 bathrooms (1 shower, 1 bath) and a separate toilet. Hair dryer is provided.

The open kitchen is fully equipped for your raclette, fondue and crepe party! We provide a full-size dishwasher, microwave, electric stove, oven, fridge, freezer, Nespresso machine, regular coffee machine, raclette cooker, fondue cooker, and crepe cooker. There is also an in-unit washing machine and dryer.

Fast-speed fiber optic internet access is free - we will send you the access codes by email before your arrival. You will also have cable on a large flat-screen smart TV.

Cleaning is included. Linen and towels are provided - the concierge will tell you the instructions to follow when you depart.

The apartment is located in the center of the resort, where you will find all amenities nearby. Please note that Avoriaz is an entirely pedestrian resort, so no cars are allowed in. The apartment is near the parking and unloading dock, where you will gather your luggage. Then shuttles or horse carriages can take you directly to the apartment for an additional fee. For those that are courageous, the apartment is still in walking distance. There are sledges available so you can push your luggage to the apartment.

For weekly rentals:
Check-in is from 16:00 until 22:00. You can contact the mobile number of the concierge from 16:00 when you arrive on Avoriaz. If you arrive after 22:00, you must call before 20:00.

Accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 on Saturday. The inventory check can be done between 8:00 and 10:00 on Saturday morning. It will be necessary to make an appointment as of Thursday morning. In case of early departure (before 8 o'clock on Saturday morning) you will have to inform by telephone and leave the keys to the concierge, and the inventory check will be done without you.
