George Psak purchased two adjoining homes on a private cove on the eastern shore to Lake Wallenpaupack, which is 5700 acres, 13 miles long lake with 53 miles of shoreline.
I am a retired attorney and Judge from New Jersey. I spend much of my retired time remodeling and improving this guest house as active rental for the long-term benefit of my family.

Spectacular views on level lakefront lot. Two adjoining lots with added public area through the community of North Colony Cove, available to renters. Public boat launch but you may keep boat docked on site.
