There is lots of light, tall windows and one benefits from one of the best locations in town. A stone throw away from the main train station, buses and trams which will get you to International Organisations and UN agencies within minutes, 300 meters away from the lake promenade, luxury shopping, surrounded by countless restaurants, 250 meters away from Starbucks and a great night life in the hottest part of town, the so called 'les Paquis' or Geneva's Soho. This flat is ideal for one or two people wanting to be in the middle of it all and have a quiet and comfortable night.

Not VRBO regular quality lodging
I have been renting and enjoying VRBO properties for over 7 years, in the USA, Canada, Costa Rica and Italy. This apartment is situated in a great location, in the heart of Geneva. However, it was not clean and the bedding was not acceptable. The kitchen was poorly equipped. I am disappointed that VRBO has not requested that the unit be brought to its regular standards.
Centrally located, moderately priced small apartment.
This apartment has obvious advantages and minuses. Geneva is expensive and ite is probably difficult to find a cheaper alternative of any quality. The apartment is cosy and reasonably functional but ha not been renovated for some time. The street outside is busy and some traffic noise is unavoidable. Apart from the the location is excellent with almost all sights within walking distance.

The property was sufficient for our needs. Proximity to train station was convenient.
The location of the property, on an extremely busy and noisy street caused us to have great difficulty sleeping. There is no air conditioning so in order to get airflow in the unit the windows need to be opened. However, if you open the windows you will contend with very loud motorcycles, trucks and cars at all times of the day and night, pedestrians outside the window having loud conversations into the very late hours and sirens from police and emergency vehicles. There were times we could barely carry on a conversation. If the unit had air conditioning and the windows could be closed for sleeping my rating of the property would be higher. The owners are very pleasant and easy to reach and very accommodating.
The studio apt was clean and inviting. Be aware ther is no air conditioning and no television.

Very good location but apartment was not what we expected from the description and reviews. The two rooms were cluttered with furniture making it difficult to move around. The kitchenette, consisting of an old sink, old portable cook top is in need of renovation. We did not eat in the apartment. The trundle bed is difficult to assemble and the two single beds block the doorway if placed side-by-side.

We aim to portray our apartment as realistically as possible through the pictures available online on the site for future travelers as well as the description. They depict the flat in its current state: The kitchen, bathroom and living/bedroom have not undergone any alterations since those were made.
I wonder if may be there was a confusion with another place?
