150 Wooded Private Acres on a Ranch in Beautiful East Texas!

The property is amazing. The house and bunkhouse are beautiful. The owners are so helpful and Kim is always a delight to work with. I can't think of a place I would recommend more for gathering a group of friends and/or family!

Great getaway! Relax in the shade under all the trees with great veiws of water from every room and patio chairs of private ponds.

Room for large family and abundant beds and parking.

We had a blast! Great set up for 6 adults and six kiddos. Property was awesome! Thank you Kim and Philip for sharing your little piece of heaven.

Rented this cabin for a campout with a group of six dads and daughters. We could not have picked a better place. The owner was great to work with. The girls loved the bunkhouse. The dads loved the house. The fire pit was a great treat. The swimming pond out front was a hit. The property was clean. And we felt safe letting the girls explore the trails around the house. Very peaceful and quit yet close enough to Athens that we took advantage of the Texas Freshwater Fisheries Center about 20 minutes away and the NY, TX Zipline Adventure about 25 minutes away. A truly great place if you are camping with a group of children.

We rented this lovely property as part of an pre-wedding event for my son and his lovely bride to be... we all fell in love with the property at first site!! In lieu of a traditional rehearsal dinner, they wanted to be able to spend time with family and friends that had come so far to share this life time event... and this property was the PERFECT place!! The house and the bunk house are marvelous!! We had a full blown Texas bar-b-que under the pole barn by the bunk house which was perfect for feeding everyone buffet style... we also had a live band that had plenty of room on the terraced patios in front of the house! The front yard was perfect for round tables... we had lanterns and flowers! All overlooking the gorgeous ponds!! which were great for swimming!!! Everyone commented on how we should have just had the wedding there is was so beautiful!! If you are planning any type of event, whether it is a family get away or a major family event... I would highly recommend this property!! We are already thinking of all kinds of events to use it for in the future! And to top it all off... the owner is so friendly and accommodating!! I just couldn't imagine our experience being any better!! Thank you so much!!
