Best beach house!

Best beach house for a large family or friends to enjoy. LOTS of space to spread out and 4 bathrooms made it quick and easy for all of us. The pool was great too. Nearly private beach and easy access. We all honestly loved this house so much. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful ocean side home

This house is amazing. Had everything we needed. Weather wasn’t the greatest but the home is spacious and welcoming so no one seemed to mind. Would definitely stay here again

It is literally a Beach Paradise!!

Great Location!! Gorgeous house, with ample space for a group of 8-10 people to stay comfortably. The beach is just a few steps away, and the incredible views from every corner of the house, thanks to the expansive windows, are simply breathtaking. I would love to revisit the place once again in the future.

Best vacation home ever!

Everything was amazing there was plenty of space for a large family vacation with grandparents and children. We had a group of 6 adults and 6 kids and there was more than enough room for everyone! Walking right out to the beach was awesome! And the pool is huge! We would totally stay there again! We really enjoyed it! The balcony gave us a beautiful view from our rooms as well!

Perfect location and amazing view

Plenty of room and the location is perfect!!! The view is amazing and high tide brings the ocean to within steps of the stairs. Perfect house for relaxing. Loved the fireplace and the openess of the 1st level. Manual blinds were super easy.

Relaxing vacation in a beautiful spot

Very nice place recently updated. Very easy access. Stunning ocean views. The blinds are fixed. Great for our family of 8 adults and one child. Pool is not heated so plan for an ice bath everyday in the winter.

View amazing-value very good

Overall, the view, location and accommodations were pretty perfect for 4 couples and one child. Only a little disappointed in general maintenance, but Vacasa staff response for getting a few items fixed was great. Having a house and a private pool on the beach definitely over -rode a little lack of needed general maintenance . We enjoyed our time at Atlantic Sunrise and it lived up to that name!

Beautiful setting for extended family gathering

Bedrooms, bathrooms, towels and toiletries all excellent. Layout was conducive to a larger family gathering of adults. Kitchen was lovely although some of the cookware needs to be removed as not usable. Love the large laundry although we only needed to use the dryer. Pool and beach are just fabulous. Storage area for beach gear near the pool is a mess. We were able to use a few chairs but glad some of our party brought beach chairs. Much of the equipment/toys in the storage unit was in disrepair and rusty. We were disappointed that we could not use a grill; again, disrepair and rusty. It feels like the general upkeep of the place is a tad lacking….its beginning to look a bit worn.

Disappointed

We were a bit disappointed with the cleanliness and appearance of the house. We enjoyed our stay, but for the cost of the house I would not have expected how unkept the house was. There was built up dust on all ceiling fans, cobwebs on the sky light. All walls were beat up and scratched. Handles on cupboards and such were rusted out. The back sliding glass door did not lock. They had an umbrella stick propped up to it so no one could attempt to break in. The 2nd day we were there we got a bad storm and in the 'sunken room' all of the windows leaked. You could tell that it had been doing this as the blinds and wall were stained. Rugs throughout the house were stained and worn out. Nice house, just not taken care of. Very disappointed in overall appearance for the price we paid to rent it. Would not rent again.

Perfect location and house for vacation

The house was beautiful and right on the water. Very good location near all restaurants and activities. We loved our stay so much we wanted to extend it but could not get a hold of the property manager. Besides communication, everything was great! We definitely want to stay here again, but longer next time!

GREAT STAY

We had a great time with our children & grandchildren @ this location. The house met our expectations with providing room for all 10 of us. We enjoyed the pool as well as the beach & the kids appreciated the beach & pool toys. The remote control window shades need to be replaced with manual ones as there were several that did not work especially in the master bedroom where they were down & covering the beautiful ocean view when we arrived. The location & privacy we had was GREAT!! Would definitely go again!!

Still a great home in a great location - needs some TLC

This is the second year we've stayed at the Atlantic Sunrise. We absolutely love the spaciousness and location of the house. The beach is amazing and having access to a private pool is perfect for those days when the weather isn't great for the ocean. Our only complaint this year is the same as last - it seems that a couple items aren't being addressed appropriately. The electronic blinds in the house still don't work, which is too bad as the views are amazing. I'd really recommend just replacing them with non-motorized blinds so that they at least work. We've also started travelling with our own grill as the grills that are provided are just laughable they are in such bad shape. Otherwise, we really think this is a hidden gem in Daytona Beach area and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation.

Beautiful house but needs some attention

This is a beautiful beachfront property. However, the curtains in the master bedroom are broken so you cannot open them. So no view of the beach in the master. This is mentioned in a review of the property from October, two months later, still wasn’t repaired. The storage area by the pool is a disaster area. Full of garbage and broken beach equipment. Definitely needs a clean up. Some solid beach chairs would be nice, we flew in from out of state, we didn’t pack any beach gear. The kitchen needs some extra fry pans and pots. I don’t expect a fully equipped kitchen at a vacation property but it was pretty difficult to cook for our group of 10 during our stay. The propane grill also didn’t work properly, it looks like someone used it as a charcoal grill at some time. Weeds needed to be pulled around the pool. We were told before we arrived that the pool wouldn’t be open for use. When we arrived though it was open and available to use, unfortunately half the guests didn’t pack a swimsuit though. If you plan to book this property I would check in beforehand about these things to make sure they have been tended to.

Amazing house, very clean and accommodating, would use again!

Just like the title says! Big place, can fit plenty of guests, pool and view are amazing. Big kitchen, plenty of space to spread out and relax.

Family vacation

Overall this is a nice property. We were disappointed that we were not able to open the windows or the doors. Remote blinds do not work in the master bedroom. We were unable to get any views of the beach from there unless you went out on the deck which was very hard to do with the blinds in the way. There are no screens so that we could open windows or patio doors to hear the waves. Collapsible doors in dining room were nice but unable to leave open because we had iquanas that liked to come in. Cooktop in kitchen was difficult to use. 10 pages of instructions in a blue book still did not help. We went and bought a griddle and left it for the next visitors. There are beach chairs there but all but one are broke so we went and bought 4 camp chairs and left them as well. If we come to Daytona again we would probably not rent this house again.

Beautiful

This is a beautiful home and we enjoyed thoroughly. It was relaxing, newly updated with all of the latest. Only one thing we were disappointed with. Most of the blinds are motorized and the ones in the master did not work. Therefore we were not able to enjoy the ocean each morning from our bedroom—something we were looking forward too. I called and reported it and was told someone would call and come by to fix it. No call, no visit. Other than that, highly recommended!

Family vacation

This is the perfect house to have a family vacation. The house is very clean and spacious. Enough room to spread the family!! Loved the big table to play games and gather for meals. The kitchen is well supplied with a large subzero fridge. I loved the salt water pool. If there was one negative maybe the pool area and fencing could use some maintenance. The pool however was well maintained. Thanks for beautiful memories!

Beautiful house

My extended family of 8 enjoyed staying at the house. It’s exactly as described, very clean, and I’m a great location. Also, the master bed is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in!

Couldn't ask for more!

This home is everything you see in the photos. It was very clean upon arrival and amazed us from the start. We enjoyed a week here with 2 adults and 3 teenaged boys. Plenty of room to cook, relax and have private space if we wanted. The pool was incredible-warm and clean! Best set up to enjoy the beach and the privacy of your own pool. Kitchen had everything you could possible need. Plenty of linens throughout the home and the beds were very comfortable. Smart TV's in every room to allow for netflix, etc. There are 2 double beds in each of the 3 rooms upstairs and a king in the master. There is a double bed in the downstairs bedroom along with bunk beds. Laundry room is well equipped and washes large loads. Grills are there but showing their age. There was no propane in the tanks. The pool light wasn't functional for night swimming but both of these negatives were not deal breakers for this house. We would definitely stay again!

Wow!!

This home was unbelievable. So much space, comfortable beds, amazing pool & ocean. We will be back! The property manager did tell me there was no floaties, which was false, there was a handful. Additionally, I was alarmed by having to ration toilet paper and garbage bags... seems like something you would allow your guests plenty of. Overall, one of my best vacations due to the great property.
