Set in a tranquil residential neighbourhood at 350 metres altitude, you'll enjoy spectacular views over the rocky desert hills and ocean with sunsets from our large garden & pool, sun deck or one of our 3 terraces. The spacious 450m2 villa offers our guests 5 air-conditioned bedrooms: 4 double bedrooms and 1 large family bedroom. There is a dedicated TV room seating 10 guests, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor dining & BBQ area, a 100m3 private, heated, saltwater, outdoor swimming pool with an average daytime water temperature of 26 degrees Celsius all year round so you will feel relaxed and privileged at all times. Weekly cleaning of the villa is included. All children are welcome. Cot beds, indoor/outdoor tables and chairs, playpen and high chairs, toys, pool table, table tennis, darts, football table, books & magazines, inflatable pool toys, trampoline. Smart TV with Netflix, Movistar bundle with documentaries, movies and sports channels, digital entry codes - so guests don't need to carry keys - plus fast optic fibre WiFi connection on all 3 floors as well as in the garden. Your host lives in the annex apartment next to the villa and is available 7 days a week for enquiries, catering and concierge services, advice on booking restaurants, excursions and activities on the island.

Great stay

Mark was very helpful at all stages of the booking and during the stay. The villa was very well equipped with everything we needed. Some of the fixtures and fittings are a little tired and need some maintenance but this didn't really affect the stay too much. The villa is spacious with great views. I would stay again.

Great villa with lots of outdoor facilities making it great for a family or group holiday. Kitchen well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. Comfy beds and good size rooms and bathrooms. Lovely Cinema room located on the lower floor if you can tear yourself away from the sun, swimming pool, pool table, table tennis, trampoline etc Great friendly and knowledgeable host who was always available to sort any issues that may arise. Overall a fantastic villa and host Please note due to the location of the villa we would definitely recommend a vehicle as being an essential requirement.

I’d highly recommend staying in this villa. Mark was an excellent host, always available for any queries & he made us paella one night, which was delicious. The kids/adults really enjoyed the pool table, darts & table tennis, it added to the entertainment & the kids were happy to spend most days in the villa. There’s a decent size swimming pool & the villa is spacious & really secure. We’d a hire car for trips to the supermarket but taxi’s are only 8euro into town, 33euro from Tenerife South Airport & it’s located only 2 miles from Siam Park. There was 7x adults & 3x children, everyone enjoyed how relaxing our stay was in this Villa & we’re keen to return.

The Vila was exactly as it looks on the website. The host, Mark was the friendliest and most helpful guy you could ever wish to meet. I felt like I was being a pain requesting taxis all the time but it was never an issue. He even offered to go to the shop for us when we’d forgotten something. It’s a 6 minute taxi ride to Costa Adeje beach. You might want a car to nip to shops etc but the taxis are always prompt and reasonably priced. Loads of facilities and we were never bored when we stayed at the Vila.

Family Celebration

We have just returned from an 8 night stay in this fabulous villa. It was everything we hoped it would be and so much more. The host Mark, was excellent and so informative with any questions we asked prior to arrival and during our stay. We were provided with gallons of water, all tea and coffee, toilet roll, washing up detergent, bin bags etc. We've stayed in many villas over the years and have never experienced this level of comfort. It was great not having those extras to pay for when we arrived. The villa is enormous, with plenty of space for our family of 8 to have their own space throughout the day. The outside space is wonderful, something to keep us all entertained around the pool. My husband was particularly impressed with the outdoor Bbq and our boys loved playing pool comps. Although we hired a car, the villa location is pretty good with a local supermarket only a 2 minute drive away. And on the occasions we did take a taxi, it was never more than 10 euros. A wonderful stay and the only downside was it was over far too quickly.

Große, moderne Villa mit tollen Möglichkeiten für Familien

Die moderne Villa bietet viel Platz und hat durch den sehr großen Pool, Tischtennis, Billiard etc. gute Möglichkeiten den Familientag zu verbringen. WiFi ist auch Top! Der Gastgeber Mark ist super hilfsbereit und sehr nett! Die Lage ist sehr ruhig in einem gehobenen Wohngebiet mit vielen größeren Villen. Ein Auto in in jedem Fall erforderlich, Entfernung zum Strand oder Einkaufen ca. 10-15 min mit dem Auto.

we had a pre 60th celebration with 8 adults 4 teenagers and 2 babies. the owner was very helpful with all our requests. he also laid on a garden paella which was amazing. the villa was clean and very modern with all home comforts.we will return again as soon as i have saved up enough money

We loved our stay at this spacious and beautiful villa. Amenities such as the pool, trampoline, play-room and ping pong table were well received by the toddlers. Meanwhile the outdoor grill, sunbeds, sauna, big kitchen and overall great facilities proved well for the adults. Mark and his wife gave us fantastic services and good assistance in any matter - big or small. Geweldig!

Wij genoten van Casa Flamboyant. De villa was groots en ruim. Ons gezeldschap bestond uit 10 personen: tieners, ouders en grootouders. Een warm welkom van Mark, goede uitleg over de faciliteiten, een kist met sinaasappels, flesje wijn, meer dan voldoende water, handdoeken, etc. We genoten van zwembad, de grote kamer beneden met poolbiljart, tafeltennistafel en tafelvoetbal. Echt voor elk wat wils. Buiten het verwarmde zwembad: super! Dan nog de trampoline en het buitengebeuren met BBQ. Er was ook een kamer voor jongere kinderen waar wij geen gebruik van maakten. Mark was ook tijdens het verblijf behulpzaam. Hij regelde een privé boot voor het spotten van de dolfijnen. Super! Een 10 kunnen we net niet geven....... de douches zijn een minpunt. In bad douchen, of een mini douchecel passen niet in deze supervilla. Ook de kok voor de paiella is niet aan te bevelen. Al met al hebben wij genoten! Top! Een 9,8 voor Casa Flamboyant! Excellent Villa for a large group ! Plenty of room for all , with wonderful facilities incl a games room , sauna & BBQ area ! Mark the owner was SO very helpful arranging transport from the airport , to a paella at the villa on our arrival , to bottles of water and even a birthday cake for me ! He kept in touch making sure all was going well & if we needed anything . My group loved the space & facilities offered , lazy days by the pool & playing pool in the basement . We all loved our week at Mark's villa , Thank you so much !

Excellent Villa Holiday

We booked this villa for Mums 70th Birthday Celebrations, and 11 family members travelled to Tenerife. Mark, the owner, met us on our arrival at Casa Flamboyent, which is located up in the Mountains above Adeji. The location is amazing, with views across the whole area and out to sea, and because it is high up, no noise from hotels, or other holiday accommodation, because it is well away from all the hustle and bustle. Mark showed us round, and explained how everything worked to us, he is so helpful and accommodating, nothing seems too much trouble for him. The villa is spacious and well equipped, our small recommendation for the kitchen, is a bigger toaster which makes 4 or 6 slices of toast at a time, rather than the small one which is there, would be better for large families and numbers of people. The pool area is lovely, very spacious with plenty of sun beds, the pool was very clean, and treated with salt tablets, instead of chlorine, so no stinging eyes, which was brilliant, the addition of a pool ladder would make it a little easier to access or leave the pool, especially for very young or older people, again just a minor thing, which in no way detracts from how lovely this villa is. There are many nice restaurants to visit, indeed Mark can recommend some, and the area of El Mirador, near the Jardines de Navarra Hotel. Is a lovely beach, with some excellent restaurants. All in all, a wonderful holiday, great memories, and would thoroughly recommend this Villa to anyone looking for large, private accommodation.

Excellent in every way

Our experience was in every aspect terrific. The property and the whole accommodations was brilliant. During our one week stay in Casa Flamboyant with 15 people/seven children 2 - 10 years, we experienced that the best place for the children as well as the adults was simply by the pool. Most of the days we spent at home, there was no need to go elsewhere. We want to bring Mark and his wife personally sincerely thanks for their friendliness and helpfulness, it was 100%. Superp stay!

Our family of 17 people had absolutely great time at the villa. It was clean and tidy and small gestures that made us feel like home. Mark has his mind set to provide excellent service which he did indeed. We can certainly recommend everyone to select Mark and his excellent villa for their holidays.

Luxury!!!

We stayed at this stunning villa for a girlie break for a week. We were a party of girls between the age of 28-69 and this place was a slice of heaven. There was everything we needed and more. The weather wasn't great the first few days but there were games and DVD's a plenty and then the sun came out. Plenty of seating and sun loungers 🤗 Views are picturesque during the day and at night. It is very quiet so away from the hustle and bustle. Mark was very accommodating from arranging a paella night to making sure there were enough single beds for us instead of doubles. He welcomed us and came to wish us well when we left. The villa is at the top of a very big hill so a car is recommended but taxis are cheap and friendly. We would definitely stay here again and that is saying a lot. Thanks again Mark, we will see you soon.

Fantastic

The host, Mark was very welcoming from the booking process through to the key handover, to departure. Casa Flamboyant is exactly that, a great luxury villa set on the hills. We were a young party of 6 from the UK; and we enjoyed a great relaxing holiday. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need, the bedrooms are of a great size. As with properties, things can go wrong - but it is what the host does that makes or breaks a stay for you. When we reported a broken Coffee Machine, Mark was quick to respond and brought us a new Coffee Maker straight away. The only downside to Casa Flamboyant was the location, it is set on a massive hill which we enjoyed - but for the elderly or those not mobile - it probably isn't the place for you. Taxis in Tenerife were cheap, which is what we used but a car is recommended to get around. Mark recommended some excellent restaurants, La Vieja in particular was a highlight and is a must visit if you are in the area and love seafood! Thanks Mark & Claire for a making it a great stay.

Het huis staat op een helling maar eens je bent aangekomen is het een paradijs, het huis is groot met vele slaapkamers en badkamers, een grote garage, een grote leefruimte enz. Mark was heel vriendelijk! We zouden het zeker aanraden aan familie en vrienden.
