Nestled amongst the area's best wineries on a private estate located one mile south of Spire Institute and eight miles south of Geneva-on-the-Lake. Situated on a high cliff top overlooking the valley of the federally designated Wild & Scenic Grand River. Fully private furnished luxury suite including full kitchen located in private wing of custom home with separate entrance. Has one private bedroom with queen bed, fine linens and one super comfortable "Restoration Hardware" queen sized sofa bed in living room. Secluded private property with views from all windows, yet close to everything the area has to offer.

Everything was immaculate. Friendly and inviting. The views are spectacular morning and night. Watching sunrise with a cup of coffee and watching flocks of birds off the river. Then daylong winery trips to all the nearby venues. Quiet peaceful stay.

We had a great 3 day getaway at Grandview. Communication with Robert was perfect the whole time. He suggested some wineries, restaurants, golf and all worked very well for us. The unit is very nice, well decorated and very clean. It was very well equipped with everything you need and some. We will definitely consider his unit if we head back to GOTL!

The property was absolutely beautiful. Picturesque view, lovely decor, spotless, and even better than the images could possibly reflect. Out hosts went above and beyond to ensure that we had an extremely easy check in process. Amazing and tranquil

Property was great! Clean, well maintained, quiet…the perfect retreat for couples. The hosts were great with communications, gave great recommendations for local food and shopping, and the property was perfectly located near all the highlights of the area. Peaceful and magical stay in the winery district

This was definitely a rare gem we found. Our hosts were attentive and caring the whole weekend. The landscape was amazing so peaceful. My husband and I were on an anniversary trip and they picked up on that and even left us a special something! I have already recommended it to our friends. We will definitely be staying here again.

Grandview Retreat

My family stayed from Friday to Sunday great place to have a relaxing quiet getaway. If you are in town to explore the vineyards..excellent place to stay! It’s close to all vineyards or distilleries. I would have loved an outdoor space to go at night ..I think the area that had the swing along the Grand River would’ve made a great place to have a fire pit and outdoor space for your guests as well!!

Wine Weekend

As a local NE Ohio musician, it's not always prudent to play an event and then do the requisite tear down, pack/load out and then drive an hour+ back home. Fortunately my wife and I found Robert and Ruby Keyerleber at The Grandview in Madison! Their property was absolutely perfect! We stayed two nights on a beautiful July weekend and the accommodations couldn't have been better! Robert and Ruby were perfect hosts and made our stay easy, comfortable and just a joy for the weekend! They offered a plethora of information regarding local venues to visit, making our time in the area truly special! We hope to return soon!

What a wonderful experience!

From start to finish, this host and property. far exceeded my expectation. Beautiful grounds with amazing floral beds, the scenic view of the Grand River to sit and enjoy morning coffee, and impeccable suite furnished tastefully with decor from their travels. A fully furnished kitchen with snacks, a bottle of wine, fruit. Such thoughtful attention to detail did not go unnoticed. We intend to stay again in March for the Ice Wine festival. Impeccable and Welcoming Accommodations

My husband and I planned a last minute getaway to this area that we have come to love. We were happy to find availability at the GrandView. Robert was quickly responsive and appropriately communicative about details we needed to know in advance. The place itself was impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated. The treats and beverages were a kind gesture. The bed was extremely comfortable, bedding was clean and soft and towels were plush. Shower was fully functioning and had good water pressure - this is not always the case in rentals, and it is important to me, so I like to mention it:) We enjoyed the beautiful views - gorgeous landscaping and view of the river, adorable hummingbirds frequented the feeder outside the kitchen window. My favorite part was the feel that we were living in the tree tops with the view from the living room - enjoyed sitting in the rocking chairs, sipping tea/coffee. As we departed, Ruby shared her beautiful flowers and plants - clearly something about which she has a passion, and is truly gifted. We would absolutely enjoy staying here again.

So much more luxury than I expected.

I highly recommend this apartment for a weekend get-away. I would definitely stay here again. The host was very welcoming, and the grounds are very beautiful and serene. The apartment was spacious, well decorated, very comfortable and included amenities that I hadn't expected. Both the bed and sleeper sofa were very comfortable. The bathroom towels were soft and luxurious. The entire apartment is very beautifully decorated. The owners included various items to enhance our stay. As we entered the kitchen we found a bowl of fresh fruit, a basket of various snacks, and a few chocolates. In addition to supplying kitchen necessities, they also provided a Nespresso coffee maker, pods, and a Nespresso frother. There was also a French press and gourmet ground coffee. In the refrigerator we found a complementary bottle of wine from a local winery, a variety of bottled waters, and milk for frothing. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with a variety of flowers and various trees. Throughout the day several hummingbirds visited a bird feeder that hung outside our kitchen window. The beautiful Grand River could be viewed from the living room window. The apartment is located near many wineries. Our favorites were Grand River Cellars, Debonne Vineyards, Laurello, and M Cellars.

Lovely Place to Stay

We came to the area to visit family and this was the perfect place to stay. They have thoughtful touches throughout the place. The grounds were absolutely beautiful! When you look out the windows it looks like you are in a treehouse and you also have a lovely view of the river. It’s quiet and just a great place to stay. When we come back we will definitely see if this is available. Our family was so impressed they will refer people here as well. Thanks so much!
