Nestled near the world famous Big Hole River of Montana and the magnificent Pioneer Mountain Range, the Pioneer Mountain Cabins offer the best in country living. Located in the quiet country town of Melrose Montana, this area provides endless outdoor recreational activities for you and your family... whether it's a major family vacation or simply a weekend getaway. Available April through December, we have four cabins that are within a short walking distance to one of the best fishing spots on the Big Hole River. The fishing is world-class, and the wildlife is abundant... it just doesn't get better than that!



The Pioneer Mountain Range is made up of magnificent mountains that are rich in wildlife and scenic beauty. Moose, deer and elk are often spotted along the foothills, and occasionally you might even get a glimpse of a mountain lion or bear!



Each of our four cabins are equipped with a small refrigerator, microwave, AC, satellite TV, complete coffee service, bathroom, front porch, firepit and private deck. Two of the cabins have two private bedrooms with queen size beds, and the other two cabins have two private bedrooms with a queen size bed in one room and two twin beds in the other. Our cabins are wheel-chair accessible as well.



So for a wonderful Montana vacation located in some of the most scenic country in the west, the Pioneer Mountain Cabins are the perfect choice. We are committed to providing a high level of service to ensure that you and your family have an exciting and memorable experience.
