Séjour agréable

Appartement fonctionnel et propre. Rafik et Mokhtar sont disponibles à la moindre demande. Équipements récents à l intérieur de l appartement. Pas de problème de stationnement, parking disponible. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Disappointment

I have stayed at property for 29 days. It was ok with clean when we first entered. The Wi-Fi they advertised did not exist. We had to buy data because the manager was not willing to keep Wi-Fi on as was advertised and promised. At the end of our stay we cleaned up washed the linen. When I was on my way to airport the manager called my spouse to ask if we took(stole) a pillow. Lol that was hilarious the pillows felt like bricks but I dare not ask for a replacement pillow because he act as though we were asking for too much from the stuff he actually advertised. I felt very insulted by him calling my spouse to ask if I took the pillow and if I did it’s ok keep as a gift. Not only did the manager insult my integrity but he accuse me out right of stealing something I would never do at all. I am an ex police officer of the law in my country. I been to police academy twice. I have no need for the merger things provided in the apartment. Why he would call my spouse to ask this of me made me think it was because I was a black American woman. He could learn to be more culturally diverse.

Falsely advertise

The manager of the property was not good at all. It was very difficult to get him to honor the Wi-Fi being on everyday. I have family in the United States who I have to call daily for health reason and the manager gave me a hard time and would reluctantly reset Wi-Fi. He was always very difficult to communicate and very intimidating for my spouse to talk with. I was really insulted by him once we left he called my spouse and accused me of taking a pillow I am a Muslim I practice my deen and always cover. I never ever steal. In the US I worked before with the police department I am a very law abiding person. I feel very sad to say he judge me about stealing because I am a black American female. The sheets were ok on the bed but the pillows were very hard. But I didn’t feel comfortable enough to approach him about it. So my overall stay was average and because of the manager insults about my character and to accuse me of stealing I will never stay at this location in the future.
