Could be good
The property was as advertised except for several things that needed repair. The handle fell off the shower door the first time it was used. There was a noise in the master bath vent that clanged every time the air conditioning went through it. It could only be abated by keeping the bathroom fan on at all times. There were inadequate glasses, no wine glasses and the first day shampoo was minuscule. There was only one key fan, making the two person stay and use of the pool facilities difficult. Other than that, the property was nice.

Hi Judy,
We are happy to know that you had a good stay.
For the handle of the shower door, we don’t understand why you didn’t tell us. It was nothing for us to send someone to fix it.
Especially since before you rented the apartment everything was in order.
For the shampoo, keep in mind you stayed for a month and therefore you have to pay for the different toiletries you need.
There is a kit required on arrival, as in hotels.
This is enough for a few days but not for a full month.
Then there is always only one fob per apartment but the desk is there to allow you access to the 35 th floor without needing the fob.
For the access to the swimming pool you have a card each one which authorizes you to access all the facilities therefore I do not understand your remark.
Finally for the noise in the bathroom we cleaned the apartment and we took the opportunity to bring in a technician. unfortunately we hear no noise. However, we thank you for sharing your comments with us. Your experience always helps us to offer the best possible service to our customers.

The perfect unit for a nice Miami getaway.
The unit was just right, it fit perfect for a weekend getaway or a month's getaway. You feel at home plus the views. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful Views and Excellent Location
We really enjoyed staying here. The views and location cannot be beat. Parking is very pricey. I wish I would have known because next time I would not rent a car.
