Our 9th Floor, Ocean Front, 2 bedroom/2.5 bath, 2,000 sqft unit overlooks the Ocean w/ incredible Ocean Front views & an oversized terrace on a tranquil beach. Master has jetted tub & walk-in shower. Full Kitchen & Laundry. Enjoy the gym, tennis, infinity pools & seaside loungers. Mayan Palace & Grand Mayan Resorts less than 2 miles and access to their facilities: Restaurants, Spa, Jack Nicklaus Ocean Front golf course, Kids Activities, etc. PLEASE NOTE: Mayan Palace access does NOT mean access to their Pools, & Lazy River… and in all honesty, Encanto Living & Luna Blanca’s pools are much better to relax in & enjoy.

Encanto Living Resort boasts multiple large beach front pools, hot-tubs, pool & beachside cabanas, tennis court, gas grills, occasional poolside food/drink service. Fitness Center overlooking ocean, sauna, outdoor kitchen & more pools to access at sister resort next door. Our unit has everything you need: 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths (MBath: jetted tub & walk-in shower), full kitchen, washer & dryer, sleeps 6 with a hidden trundle bed under the couch.

Nice stay in Rocky Point

This is one of our favorite developments in Rocky Point. The unit has a nice layout, comfortable furniture, great ocean views. There are extra touches- like puzzles, books, and kitchen utensils that we also appreciated. Thanks for having us!

Nice and quiet rental

Overall the property is great and I would come back. It was our first time in the area and we didn’t know what to expect but really loved the closeness of the property to the beach. Before going make sure all pools, hot tubs work as we ran into an issue with that.

Loved the town home and loved the property. Only thing that I didn’t like it’s just a little ways out of town if you plan to do extra activities like jet skiing, boat rides etc ...... would I go back to same rental??? Yes I would now that I know how to deal with the extra activities..

Beautiful property and stunning views. Such a serene weekend. The condo’s kitchen dishes and pots and pans were nice too. Sometimes rentals can have dishes that are hard to cook with and pans that everything sticks to but this condo was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. It was a really nice experience!

Fantastic stay!!

This condo has everything starting from the views and the incredible sunsets. Large condo with very comfortable beds and everything you need for your stay. We felt like we were on our own private beach. We took long walks and collected some beautiful shells along the way. The pools were clean and beautiful. Tom and Amy were more than helpful and very quick to respond. The staff and the restaurant on the premises was awesome. We will definitely stay again.

Love the stay here it was relaxing and it was at your own pace. You could walk the beach at anytime you felt like it. Gorgeous views from the living room to the master bedroom. Love that it had high speed wifi, I plugged in my Apple TV and enjoyed all my shows just like at home.

Breathtaking Ocean View

The experience offered at this property is breathtaking from the moment you enter the great room with its wall of windows on the ocean. The owners have thought of everything from fully supplied kitchen with filtered drinking water to high speed internet . The pool area was never crowded. This is a nice, quiet family- friendly property on a beautiful stretch of beach.

We stayed in this condo for a week. We immediately felt. very comfortable and at home. The views of the Sea of Cortez are outstanding! You also have the sites of the estuary from the second bedroom. I definitely will be booking this unit again

Amazing place !!! For the hole family!!!

A great place!!! We stay for two week this summer, the hole place is amazing!!! Our hole family had a great time!!! The apartment has everything!!! Yes is far from town but rigth now that was perfect for us!!! Social Distancing !!!! We bought enough food and Drinks before arriving !!! And if you need something the Mayan Palace has a store that has the everything you need to survive !!! Tom and amy !!! Thanks for everything!!! **We only had a small problem with a AC but was resolved It amy and tom help us reach out HOA office for maintenance to help us) ** get rid of the rugs please!!! A lot of dust and sand stay in the rug !!! Since we stay Here two weeks we really clean the place and discovered that the personal that clean this apartment needs to do a better job.

About the Owners: We are a happy family of five who love to travel and vacation together as much as we can to experience new places, foods, activities and cultures. We are happiest and at peace when we are at the beach hearing the calming sounds of the waves and water hitting the beach to take us away from the hectic daily grind. Our family enjoys cooking together in a healthy & fresh manner, exercising, searching for the perfect shell on the beach, watching movies, playing games and enjoying family time.

Our travels are wide, but not complete, Fiji, Netherlands, France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Austria, Greece, Albania, Turkey, Mexico, Costa Rica & Panama, and our desire is to expand our kids horizons further after bringing them to Greece, London, Paris, Barcelona, Mexico as well as Disneyland, DisneyWorld, New York City & New Jersey.

We used Airbnb when we traveled with our kids to London, Paris & Barcelona; it was great, we had wonderful hosts and was such a better experience that a simple hotel room in which we could make our own cup of coffee or tea, wash our clothes and feel like we lived in the place we were traveling. So when we decided to purchase our place at the beach, we wanted to share our home with others to experience the peace, solitude, tranquility and serenity of beautiful Playa Mirimar and Puerto Penasco that is outside of the main portion of town, but close enough to frequent the fish market port, grocery store and other essentials needed.

Why they chose this property

It is so Peaceful, the Beach feels like your own private beach with never a crowd around. There several pools & infinity pools to choose from, hot tubs, fire pits, you can lap-swim; play tennis, golf down the road; it has everything you need to relax!!
Many owners in the community do not rent so this limits any potential crowds.

What makes this property unique

Our property has a relationship with The Mayan Palace & The Grand Mayan and is like no other complex I have traveled to or stay at in which you can enjoy all of the resort's facilities at NO CHARGE to your party; from its Lazy River, do Multiple Pools, Kids Activities, Swim-Up Bar, Restaurants, Indoor Pool, Tennis Courts and a Jack Nicklaus beach front 18-hole golf course with a reduced rate, you can add to the variety of activities you want to take advantage of during your stay.
