Substantial rent reduction factored in/ in exchange for easy cat sitting. Excellent location near American University and the Washington D.C. -Bethesda border. Convenient public transportation to downtown Washington, DC. Sunny, large bedroom and dining room; second bedroom; study; living room, small den, wooded back yard. No smoking! Need person who has experience with cat care. This is a 30-day minimum rental; prefer 60 days if possible. Ideal for interns and couples.
