Built in 1925 the Cody House has the charm of an older home with the conveniences of modern living. Located in the heart of downtown Cody. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and many popular tourist attractions, including the Buffalo Bill Center of the West. This family friendly property is the perfect basecamp for your trip to the Yellowstone/Cody area.
Spacious kitchen, dining room and outdoor deck make it a perfect place to gather and entertain.
Owners Sophie and Troy live close by, and will be happy to assist you with any questions you may have about the area.
Between the two us we have 40+ years of experience in the hospitality and guest service industry in the Yellowstone area. Nothing gives us more joy than to help our guests make the most of their time while on vacation in the Cody area. Sophie was a great host! Terrific house and location - easy to walk to the museums and downtown. Wonderful backyard and front porch for relaxing, and two large areas for eating. Amazing and well stocked kitchen :)

In a great location, very clean and homey. An older home, some quirks with warm or cool spots. The bathroom situation was slightly awkward, but not a real problem. Great host. Would definitely stay there again.

Had a fantastic time in Cody over the 4th of July! Great location and perfect size house for family of 5. Really nice space where we could spread out and great backyard and deck! Will definitely look to stay here again!

I am originally from Ipswich England, and my husband is from Lafayette Louisiana. We purchased our house when we first moved to Cody and lived in it for four years. At that time we were asked to manage a ranch between Cody and the Eastgate of Yellowstone National Park. Our job requires us to live on the ranch, but we are happy to have a home base in town during the school year for our kids. Especially when the weather is bad.

We love the location of our home as it is close to downtown Cody and all of the shops and restaurants.

Our home was built in 1925 and is 100 years old. It has lots of unique character and charm.
