Great location with super easy walk to the main strip. Clean, convenient, and great amenities. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay close to town.
The location to downtown Cody was wonderful. Especially since parking was hard to find in that area. Although an older home, it has been well maintained and has updates. We would recommend this property.
Everything was perfect, this house was beyond perfect for what we needed during our time in Cody. Could not ask for a better location, everything was fully functional.I plan to return to Cody again and hope to be able to book the exact same place in the future.Thank you all for helping make this an amazing vaction stay for my family and I.
It was a very nice experience living here. It was cleaned, maintained and very cozy. Host was wonderful and very nice to us. They addressed our issue and questions very quickly and professionally.I would highly recommend this place if you are visiting. The vibe was just wonderful.
This property was located in a very nice neighborhood with easy parking. Deer frequented the front yard. It was close to grocery store and a five minute walk to the shops on main street. Very quiet at night. Nice back yard area for grilling/kids to play. We used this as a jumping off point to explore Yellowstone, which is about an hour away. House was equipped with all the basics. Furniture was comfortable.
Cute, spacious, quiet neighborhood close to everything within walking distance. Was awesome for the kiddos as the bunk beds provided lots of room, two separate bathrooms give lots of privacy as well as the fenced back yard. Highly recommend, comfy beds and everything we needed to cook and stay for 4 nights. Will definitely stay here again on future visits.
This property is located in an excellent neighborhood, central to everything in Cody. The home is clean, well appointed and is perfect for your stay in Cody.
Great location and very clean. Mgt responded promptly to an issue. Property needs bedside tables with lamps next to all beds and lamps in the living room. The lighting is poor. Also, I suggest mgt list times for sprinkler system because it's not possible to leave when it's running.
This was in the perfect location for what we wanted. We walked to most places we wanted to go to. My husband and I walked every morning while seeing breathtaking views. Very clean. Small, but nice for a family of four. Loved two baths and the kitchen. Nice and cool in the summer. We would stay again!
The cottonwood cottage was a nice place for my family to stay in Cody while we enjoyed the area. The house itself is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood that is in easy walking distance to the downtown area. We were able to walk to many things very easily in the nice weather. The house's bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our family of four and the living, dining, and kitchen met our needs. The only things I could fault the place for was the A/C unit keeping up and the height. As a clearly older home that has been well renovated, the ceilings and doorways were a little low. Being 6'5", I had to be very carful about the doorways and fans. :)All in all, we had a great vacation out in Cody with easy access to Yellowstone, local hiking, and plenty of things to do in Cody's downtown.
It was really nice to stay here with our daughter and sil, but we would not stay here again. 1) grill provided by cottage looked as if it had never been cleaned 2) the cottage needed to be treated by a pest control service. The cottage has an abundance of spiders 3) the most disturbing thing is there appears to be a short between the light switch and dining table light fixture.

I’m not sure where to start. The portable air conditioner did not keep the bedrooms cool since it was positioned by the kitchen. No way to ventilate the bathrooms during our showers. Could not open the windows. The primary shower was leaking and spraying all over the floor during a shower. The shower inserts were dirty. Hardly any lighting, pretty dark in back bedroom. We only used the kitchen to make coffee and use the fridge. I did notice no dishwasher. I should give 1 star but I hope the owners will make changes.
This property was perfect for two adults and two teenagers. The house was in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood and so easy to walk to any activities and restaurants in Cody. This property was very clean and was well thought out as far as amenities. Having two bathrooms was great. We appreciated all the towels, the washer/dryer, supplied laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, coffee, many spices, cooking oil, plenty of pots/pans, numerous brochures, and comfortable beds. We also appreciated the room air conditioner and three large fans as it happened to be very hot the day we arrived. We stayed for 6 nights and had the best time exploring Cody and Yellowstone. We will definitely stay here again when we return to visit family in Cody. Thank you!
The house and location of the house was perfect. Cody was clean and very easy to navigate. I would highly recommend the house and the people at the office, they were knowledgeable and very courteous.
Had a great time thank you

Due to the flooding in Gardiner, Montana, we moved part of our Yellowstone stay to this place in Cody. We could not have been more pleased. It was easy to get to and in a nice neighborhood, It was great to see the Cody stampede rodeo and the drive in to the east entrance of Yellowstone national park. We booked this place as a back up for our trip And we’re very happy that we did. If you are wanting to stay in Cody, this is a great option.
