Be our guest and enjoy some of the most spectacular views in all of Virginia Beach. Lounge in the pool and watch the sun set over Back Bay or enjoy exploring Back Bay with fishing and site seeing. With the beach being a block away, you can get your feet wet with surfing or snorkeling or simply relax on the beach with your favorite beverage. Little Island Park, Back Bay Wildlife Refuge & The Baja are just a few minutes away as well. This 6 bedroom home, with 11 beds will be the perfect getaway.

Whether its the energy the sun brings as it rises over Back Bay or the serene beauty as the sun sets on the horizon, you will be blown away with the views this house has to offer. Back Bay is a playground for water activities and fishing. Blocks away you will find Back Bay Wildlife Refuge for hiking & site seeing. The Beach is a stone's throw away, and around the corner is Little Island Park and The Baja Restaurant where you can enjoy your favorite spirits, cuisine and live music. With Sandbridge beach being nestled between the coast of NC and VA, it offers a far less crowded experience than the resort area of Virginia Beach. The resort area is definitely worth a short trip to check out though and with the Boardwalk only being 25 minutes away its an easy drive. This 6 bedroom home has 11 beds and sleeps 16 with expansive views of the water in each room.

The first floor has a private suite with a living room, two bedrooms, one full bath, private outdoor access, a kitchenette, featuring a sink, refrigerator, and cooking capabilities. Bedroom #1 contains a queen bed. Bedroom #2 contains two twin-over-twin bunk beds. The living room is a great place for the family to gather or a nice place to escape for some downtime.

The second floor is the main living quarters with windows throughout giving way to plenty of sunshine and an amazing view of Back Bay. It contains the main kitchen, dining room, living room, one full bath and one 1/2 bath, and 2 bedrooms. Bedroom #3 is the master suite with a queen bed. Connected to the Master bedroom is the master bath where you will find a relaxing jetted tub and double vanities. Bedroom #4 contains a queen bed with an expansive window to view the ocean just over the dunes. The living room and kitchen share an open space where multiple families can gather to share meals, watch a movie or trade stories regarding the adventures of the day! With two kitchens, families can enjoy dinner at one large dining table in the dining room or divide up between the two floors to enjoy meals. Just off the back deck, there is a screened-in porch where families can gather to watch the sun go down, enjoy a meal and perhaps battle away at their favorite card games!

The third floor contains two bedrooms with the best views in the home. The front of the home faces the ocean and the back looks over the bay. There is a full bath. Bedroom #5 has a queen bed, and bedroom #6 has a queen bed plus twin-over-twin bunk beds.

New TV’s in every room but with so many activities who needs them! Enjoy complimentary bikes to explore the Sandbridge resort area or take the kayaks out from the boat dock. If boating/fishing is your favorite pastime, this home is one of the few in Sandbridge to offer a private boat ramp! The home is a one-minute drive from Little Island Park. There you can enjoy fishing from the pier, surfing, or tennis and basketball at the nearby courts. The kids will love the large playground and picnic area. If it’s the additional exercise you seek, there is volleyball set up for everyone’s entertainment. Did we mention the pool? probably the star of the show, surrounded by palm trees and landscape lighting this pool is paradise. Soak up the sun with the bay a few feet away. It's as close to an infinity pool as you will find in our resort area. Open mid April to end of September. You won’t be disappointed in this amazing home and it’s surrounding beauty. GUEST ACCESS:
-- Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check out at 10:00 am. We love to host, so we have a high turnover rate, and our cleaners strictly adhere to this schedule to accommodate.
-- A door code will be sent to you a week before your arrival.

AMENITIES:
We provide fresh linens, towels, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels & trash can liners. *THINK OF THESE ITEMS AS “STARTER KITS” - Highly recommend you bring additional items such as coffee/cooking spray/water bottles etc*. Roku TVs are located in most bedrooms. Portable pack and play available upon request.

KITCHEN:
Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and all the basic kitchen essentials; Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils

WILDLIFE and CRITTERS:
Remember that Sandbridge is in proximity to the can also make for an attractive environment for animals, pests and critters. Our home is well maintained by pest control service but there may be a chance encounter of a pesky critter or wild animal on occasion.

CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES:
We ask that you leave everything in the home as you found it, strip the linens from the beds, run the dishwasher, and take trash to the bins on the street. This will ensure the quality of the home for the next guest and expedite the cleaning.

REFUNDS:
Highly recommend trip insurance. We do not give refunds due to the weather.
