House comprising a large living room with kitchen, storage space in the hallway, 2 large bedrooms with single bed mezzanine, 1 toilet, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 large terrace of 30 m² wooden with 2 sun loungers.
Fully enclosed property with automated access door.
Location: 3 kilometers from the town center of Logonna-Daoulas (shops, bakery, mini market, cafe, restaurant, etc.) and 3.5 km from the village of Daoulas
(shops, bakery, super U, cafe, restaurants, garages, hairdressers, banks with distributor, post office, etc.).
The strikes are located for the farthest at about 5 km and the closest at 600 m, the town of Logonna being a point, the sea is located on 3 axes of orientation.
Logonna-Daoulas is located 24 km from Brest and 65 km from Quimper, the expressway connecting Brest to Quimper is located 4 km from the house, it is quite easy to get to the various tourist sites in the region.

Wir haben uns im Ferienhaus von Anfang an wohlgefühlt: nette Begrüßung durch die Vermieterin, schöne Einrichtung des Hauses, umfangreiche Ausstattung - uns fehlte es an nichts.Besonders gut hat unseren Kindern der "Balkon" zum Malen und Entspannen über dem Esszimmer gefallen. Toll waren unter anderem auch der großzügige Außenbereich zum Spielen und die Rollläden an den Fenstern.Die Lage des Hauses war für uns auch passend - zum Badestrand ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto, zum Küstenwanderweg ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Bäckerei und Supermarkt gibt es in ca. 4 km Entfernung im Nachbarort.Brest, die Westküste sowie die Halbinsel von Crozon sind vom Haus aus mit dem Auto unkompliziert zu erreichen.Wir kommen gerne wieder und bedanken uns herzlich für die tolle Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus!

La maison est parfaite et très confortable. La région très intéressante pour les randonnées, la mer et les visites culturelles. La maison est un peu proche de la route.

Très bon accueil, avec en plus une bouteille de cidre breton au frigo! Merci beaucoup à Mme Le Goff. Le gîte est très agréable, lumineux et impécable. Le jardin est si propre que je n’ai pas hésité à y aller avec mes chaussettes blanches! Vraiment très proche de promenades agréables pour le matin. Bien situé pour visiter toute la Bretagne. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in einem tollen Haus

Wir hatten tolle Tage in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Dir Einrichtung ist toll und es fehlte an nichts. Es ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Familie Le Goff ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen.

très bonnes vacances en famille, dans une maison agréable et spacieuse.autant à l’intérieur qu'à l'extérieur (des espaces pour chacun) propriétaire très accueillant et disponible. Idéalement situé pour découvrir le Finistère.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit großzügigen Wohn-und Schlafräumen, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Große Küche mit allen notwendigen Geräten, z. Induktionsherd, verschiedenen Kaffeemaschinen und vieles andere. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen.

Un séjour parfait !

Merci Michel et Evelyne pour ce séjour en tout point parfait. La maison est très agréable, claire et spacieuse, parfaitement équipée et très soignée. Elle est idéalement située, à la fois au calme, à proximité de plages et de jolies balades côtières, et constitue aussi une bonne base pour découvrir les richesses naturelles et patrimoniales alentours. Bon emplacement pour découvrir la Bretagne nord

Beau logement très récent, très bien équipé avec des appareils de qualité. Logement atypique : ancien atelier rénové avec des matériaux de qualité. Grandes pièces, literie confortable. La propriétaire est sympathique et à l'écoute. Je recommande cette location.

Sehr schönes Haus.

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und bestens ausgestattet. Es liegt ideal für Ausflüge ins Finistere. Checkin war total unkompliziert. Der Platz ums Haus ist aufgrund der großen geteerten Fläche etwas ungemütlich.

Alles was eine Familie mit Teenagern im Urlaub braucht

Sehr nette Vermieter, ausgefallenes modernes Objekt,großes Grundstück, tolle Küche mit modernsten Geräten. Ruhige Lage mit guter Anbindung in die Region Brest und Vannes. Vielfältige Ausflugsmöglichkeiten mit dem PKW. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Une maison parfaite pour une famille

La maison est très propre et bien équipée. Les mezzanines sont très ludiques. Il y a une chaîne hi-fi avec des cds. Jardin grand et clos avec un portique. On a de la place à l'interieur et de quoi s'occuper quand il pleut.

Maison très bien placée pour rayonner. Très bon accueil. Maison parfaite, tout confort : excellente literie, salle de bain très fonctionnelle, très jolie décoration... On se croit à la maison ! Aucun défaut. En résumé : à recommander sans aucune restriction, encore merci.

Lovely house with everything you need.

We are a family of 4 with two Teenagers and we really enjoyed our stay. There is a lot of space for everyone, the interior is lovely and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. We would love to come back.
