Newly renovated villa on Oknö outside Mönsterås in Småland. 70 sqm with 3 beds
(+2 sleeping places in 15 sqm storage room with electricity and heating element).

Winter equipped, 3 rooms and kitchen with electric heater, heat pump and fireplace with
bet. Combined shower room / laundry room. Fridge and freezer. 46-inch televisions have satellite channels.

New facade and insulation 2011. Porch on both front and back of which it is on
the front is newly built in 2012.

Walking distance to the sea and swimming.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Tolle Lage

Das Ferienhaus liegt im Grünen umgeben von Wasser. Es ist wirklich gut ausgestattet und man kann die Ruhe genießen. Kalmar und Ödland sind nicht weit entfernt und wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Das Kinderzimmer hat leider keine Tür.

Klasse Lage, hat alles, was man braucht. Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Raumaufteilung und 2 sehr grosse Terrassen: Morgensonne und Abendsonne. Zwar alles nicht mehr ganz neu, das tut der Sache aber keinen Abbruch.

Außen hui innen pfui!

Das Haus liegt in ruhiger Lage in Strandnähe. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern ist das Haus erher ungeeignet. Gut gefallen hat uns die große gemütliche Veranda und die Lage des Hauses. Nicht gut gefallen hat uns, dass der Vermieter sehr hohe Forderungen an die Endreinigung stellt, dass Haus selbst aber in einem sehr schmutzigem Zustand ist. Schmutz der sich schon seit Monaten sammeln muss! z.B.total fettige Abzugshaube mit Fetttropfen, der Toaster des Grauens, extrem fleckige Schonbezüge der Matratzen, verschimmelte Dusche usw.usw. Um sich einigermasen wohl zu fühlen muss man also erst einmal waschen und putzen. Außerdem fehlten uns bei der Anreise, die Zugangsdaten somit mussten wir erst einmal 1Stunde warten. Wir können das Haus in dem Zustand, nicht weiter empfehlen.

I'm very sorry that you feel that way, but that's exactly why I have strict cleaning rules so the house is well cleaned for the next tenant. Of course you need to clean when you leave and If you don't want to I offer all my tenants cleaning service. In your case the guest before did order cleaning service and they cleaned the house on the day of your arrival. If it was not satisfcatory you should have let me know. I send all my tenants check in info and codes several weeks before their arrival. I still have your reply to that email so it's simply not true that you didn't get this information.

Haus nicht wie zugesagt geputzt, sondern sehr benutzt. Auch sonst ziemlich runter leider und kein Charme.

The cleaning service hadn't done a good job this time and I offered to have them redo it but Maria didn't wanted them too. Instead Maria didn't have to clean on check out. As for having no charm I guess that's a matter of opinion. Personally we love what we have done with the house, and so do many of our guests.
