About this property

Lovely Home in a Family-Friendly Community

We are renting out our lovely home in a family-friendly, safe neighborhood in the prized Five Forks area of Simpsonville, for either or both of the months of July and August.

We are right off of Woodruff, with a Publix less than 2 min drive, Lowes, Starbucks, popular restaurants (Bone Fish Grill, Yard House, Grimaldi's, etc.), Haywood mall with Cheesecake Factory & Grill Marks, etc.

Our neighborhood has you see bunnies in the early mornings and late nights and lovely sunsets and sunrises, with young families making up most of the neighbors on our street.

You will have access to the community pool when we are away.

Property is 2 bedrooms, 1 king bed and 1 queen bed, with an additional single bed in the bonus room upstairs. Includes a fully equipped gym (free weights, bench press, stationary bike), fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and lovely backyard.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
