The house had plenty of space for us (5). I loved the fire pit outside. It was very nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Would love to come back in two years for our conference :)!

Although we enjoyed our time together on our girls weekend, this house is in great need of some TLC. Upon arrival we found the yard had not been mowed in several weeks, the shower curtain in the upstairs bathroom had fallen in the floor and that the floors were not cleaned properly. We found several dead bugs and hairs on the floors. The storm door locked and would not unlock so we had to enter through the back door. The island was missing the trim pieces and the outlet in the dining area was pulled away from the wall and the microwave didn’t work either. I did make the homeowner aware of the issues upon arrival. We put the shower curtain back up and sent a video per their request of the door for maintenance but none were repaired while we were there. This home is located in a neighborhood about 15 min from downtown Greenville and less than 10 min from the Bridgeway Station so it’s convenient and quiet and has potential but until the home has some maintenance issues and cleanliness addressed I cannot recommend it.
