Bright studio of 26 m2 with large French window opening onto a 6 m2 balcony with view of the shared swimming pool and the sea.

The studio is located on the 4th and last floor of a luxury residence with lift, electric gate at the entrance and caretaker in case of problems.

Ideal for people who do not have a vehicle because traffic and parking are difficult during the summer. In addition, all the attractions can be reached more quickly by train, from Carnolès train station located 300 meters away.
