In Louannec, at the end of a dead end, in a very quiet area overlooking the sea, this villa has direct access to a sandy beach and pebble GR34 and the Côte de Granit Rose.
Unobstructed view of the island of birds and the island Tomé in the Bay of Perros-Guirec.
