Nice stay in Nashville

The house looks deceptively small from the front but is roomy inside. Hosts provide all you need for the house to be like a home. Fireplace makes the family room cozy. Communication with host was excellent.

Great property

This home was in great shape - very clean, comfortable & spacious. The location was great for easy access to downtown Nashville and Nissan stadium. The communication was great and listing is accurate.

Wonderful space for reunion with fun!

Very clean and tons of space, all was as advertized. Perfect place for our large group to come together and enjoy all Nashville has to offer but to also get quiet time if needed! Easy access to downtown as well as exploring further out!

Perfect stay!

Communication with the property manager was as easy as could be. She always responded really quickly and worked with me and our group to get us an earlier check in since Our flight arrived In the morning. Such a cute home and a great layout. It was clean, the beds were all very comfortable and we learned that every single couch converts into a bed. We really appreciated the coffee being provided , all the towels available, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and even make up remover wipes were available! We were told by locals that we were not in The best area surrounding our street, But we didn’t have any issues on our street. It was very calm and a quick seven minute drive downtown To Broadway . We couldn’t have asked for a better host and a better home. We were a very happy group of girls!

The house is great and in a good location in east nashville, Taylor was extremely helpful the entire time and even helped me retrieve a few things that were accidentally left behind. Thank you Taylor!

Vacation

Great location, great house, cleaning could have been a bit more thorough, found a bottle cap under the dining room table, huge spider webs in the downstairs bathroom. Didn't really effect our stay other than if the hosts are paying someone to clean they maybe get ripped a bit. No kleenex, there were 2 boxes with 2 kleenex in each. We had a wonderful time and great location.

Great House!!

This house is perfect. We felt very much at home from the minute we walked in. Everything we needed was there, and the hosts were very communicative and attentive. Definitely will stay here again upon return trip to Nashville

Our stay at this property was wonderful! Other than it being a little bit too far to walk to downtown the host was more than fantastic! So accommodating and helpful! Would recommend to anyone looking for a Nashville getaway!

Great Bachelor Party Weekend

What a cool place. It was massive and plenty of room for activities and everyone to sleep. Place is clean and really nice, easy to get to downtown or east Nashville. Short Uber rides everywhere. Hosts were easy to reach when messaged and really a great experience. 10/10 would stay again.

Wonderful house; fabulous hosts

This house is absolutely perfect in every way. The hosts are terrific and so accommodating. The house comes equipped with every possible thing you could need during your stay. The kitchen is well stocked so you can cook family meals. The rooms are large and comfortable and the open floor plan is awesome. I've read other reviews that mention the neighborhood feeling a bit sketchy after dark, but we never felt that way at all. The neighborhood is actually quiet and the neighbors we met were very friendly. I would highly recommend this house for a large family getaway or even a girls weekend. The house sleeps up to ten people between the three bedrooms and the two hide-a-bed sofas.

Great place!

The property was great. Only issue was that there was a lot of homeless people in the back alley. Opening and closing the gate in the back was a little uneasy at times but never had any problems.

Don’t hesitate, great property!

This is an awesome property! Very nice and very clean! Very close to downtown area and Nissan Stadium. However, the house and the stadium are separated by what appears to be project housing and a neighborhood I would not feel safe walking through. The house area itself felt plenty safe, but would not want people to think walking downtown is a realistic option. Overall I highly recommend this property. The owner was incredibly informative and very responsive in communication. Thanks for a great weekend at the Music City Bowl!

Beautiful, cozy home close to downtown

Sometimes when you rent a vacation home, what you get is not what you saw in the photos. This house was just as shown. It was perfect for our group of 5.

Fabulous House...close to downtown

Loved the Nashville vibe of the house with all of the amenities. The house was well stocked with essential and we completely appreciated the initial stock of coffee as we arrived late on our check in day. The remoteless entry and security alarm was a bonus and made access so easy. The beautiful deck with comfy outside furniture was really appreciated. The beds were comfortable . The owners were very responsive to any questions and were easily reached by texting during our stay. It was an easy and quick ~1mile walk to broadway and even closer to downtown East Nashville which is very charming. We felt completely safe in this neighborhood that is rapidly gentrifying, but we did Uber after dark. We will definitely stay here again.
