Clean, comfortable, great location on a quiet street that was still near many attraction. The beds were comfortable and made for wonderful relaxing space for our family (2adults, 2 teenagers).

Great location- a mile from Geodis stadium, and a short drive to Broadway. Plenty of space for our group of 6, and the guys enjoyed hanging out on the back deck.

This home was perfect for our stay to visit Belmont’s Fisher Center for the Performing Arts. It was very cozy and comfy. We enjoyed space to relax and having 3 bathrooms.

property is in pretty good shape with minimal issues. check in and out was great beds were fine, a few doors need repair as one bedroom door doesnt close and other pops open on its own. kitchen was great. do recommend these hosts again.

Awesome house!

This is a great house for a family or friends. We needed a place to stay to attend the Vanderbilt Law school graduation and it is in a quiet neighborhood and close to Vanderbilt University.

This is an amazing house! It's located in a quiet neighborhood yet is minutes from downtown, Broad St, etc. The hosts have thoughtfully stocked the house for guests (e.g., soap, extra towels, dishwasher detergent) and are very responsive to communication. The house has beautiful light. We especially enjoyed the small deck in the back and visits from the neighbor's cat.
