Rent pleasant holiday home of 34 m2, decorated with care and ideally located. Everything on foot: beach 800 m, hypermarket 500 m, port and city 1 km, in residence with private pool and caretaker.
Calm assured in this rental without opposite, located in dead end, at the end of a small path among birds and squirrels.

House completely refitted and equipped, decorated with care, including:

- main room, kitchenette (2 fridge, freezer, combination microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, crockery ....) dining area, living room sofa, flat screen, home theater (dvd player, stereo).

- bathroom with shower vanity, hairdryer, towel dryer, - - separate toilet.

- Bedroom bed 140x190 with cupboard.

Floor:
- bedroom closed on parquet floor with bed clic-clac (good mattress) and cupboard;
- mezzanine with bz + wardrobe.

Outside:
- terrace with electric banne with integrated LED lighting, garden furniture and deckchair, griddle + barbecue. Walled garden.
