Listed modern house with heated pool between pond and ocean

You will enjoy the heated, secure swimming pool surrounded by a large wooden terrace (150m2) in a garden with trees and flowers. The terrace is furnished and extends a bright living room (50m2). The tourist office of the Gironde came to visit our house to classify it. It is a house inhabited the rest of the year and is therefore comfortable and very well equipped (quality bedding, small and large appliances, barbecue, various equipment ..etc).

In order to make your stay pleasant, I leave at your disposal a guide of use of the house with also tourist recommendations.

Travel with peace of mind: the package 'sheets, linens and cleaning' is included in the price of your rental. We also have baby equipment: high chair and cot. We also leave bikes, surfboards, ping-pong, toys, beach games and board games ...

Ideal location: close to all amenities accessible on foot or by bike (bakery, butcher shop, crossroads contact, post office, press house, pharmacy, 6 km from the ocean and 4 km from the basin .....) and car 5 minutes from the pool and 5 minutes from the ocean.

Many activities are possible (ocean beach, Arcachon basin, tastings, local markets, surfing, walking or cycling with a direct departure from the house to walk along the Lège Canal or reach the salt water and the port of Ares ...). The city of Bordeaux (a UNESCO heritage city) is 50km away.

If you wish to book, I will send you a standard rental contract where you will be asked for a certificate of insurance for the holiday homes (certificate generally included either in the civil liability or in the home insurance of your house).
