Very pretty pretty modern house with all the comfort in the heart of the city near shops, supermarkets, market, shopping, cinema, banks of the Marne, Bois de Vincennes. Close to Paris by car and public transport. Very large 75m² living room opening onto a sunny terrace, 3 large bedrooms, 1 large bathroom with bath and a shower room. In the basement parking and laundry.
