THE VILLA KEY WEST

The Villa Key West of 200 mÂČ (interior) and 150 mÂČ of terrace enjoys an exceptional and idyllic location.
It is ideally located on the calm beach of Grand Anse, feet in the water with direct and secure private access on the beach of Grand Anse.
It enjoys a splendid view over the bay of Grande Anse with its turquoise waters.

This very high standing villa tastefully decorated is composed of 5 rooms spread over 2 levels and can accommodate 6 people.
An automatic gate secures access to the villa and a parking space where cars can be parked easily.

On the ground floor, the villa consists of a living room with TV open onto the outdoor terraces.
The kitchen surrounded by a bar has a breathtaking view of the Grand Anse beach and the sea. It is fully equipped (fridge, freezer, hob, gas stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, outdoor barbecue, etc.)

A laundry room is at your disposal including a second fridge, a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board.

The outdoor terrace is equipped with a large dining table, a contemporary garden furniture, sun loungers overlooking the infinity pool and an outdoor shower.
The terrace gives a breathtaking view of the sea and the beach of Grand Anse.

At your disposal, you have masks and snorkels to explore the seabed (starfish, colorful fish, turtles ...), as well as a kayak and a paddle to ride in the bay of Grand Anse.

Relax in the secure infinity pool and on the 150mÂČ terrace overlooking the sea and the Grand Anse Beach.
Sunbathe on this superb terrace, completely landscaped out of sight.

THE ROOMS
Villa Key West can accommodate up to 6 people in its 3 spacious bedrooms (about 22 mÂČ each with a 160cm double bed) and air-conditioned upstairs.
They all have a wardrobe, a private bathroom (walk-in shower) and separate toilets.
The 3 bedrooms offer you a magnificent view of the sea.

This villa is ideally located for travelers wishing to discover the South of Martinique or diving and snorkeling enthusiasts.
Along the Grand Anse beach you will find many restaurants and diving clubs.

A small convenience store will allow you to do extra shopping on foot.

Super endroit. La villa est immense. La vue et l'accĂšs Ă  la plage est gĂ©nial. Gros coup de coeur en gĂ©nĂ©ral. Les deux seuls bĂ©mols; les Ă©piceries sont un peu loins (quoi qu'il semble y avoir une superette qui vient d'ouvrir a l'autre bout de l'anse) et le resto-bar ti-sable est bruyant le samedi soir (si vous vous couchez tĂŽt, amenez des bouchons, sinon allez-y faire la fĂȘte! la musique dance/pop est vraiment bonne avec le dj et tout)

Emplacement de rĂȘve pour cette belle villa les pieds dans le sable au bout de la Grande anse. De trĂšs belles zones de snorkeling a quelques coups de palmes et des tortues en quantitĂ©. La piscine est un vrai plus pour les enfants La cuisine est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. Le coin est tres prisĂ© par les locaux et les touristes et peut ĂȘtre un peu bruyant en journĂ©e. De tres belles vacances, nous reviendrons volontiers.

Un endroit parfait, une vue magnifique et de magnifiques sorties masque-tuba

Tout aurait Ă©tĂ© parfait sans le manque de toilettes du Rez de chaussĂ©e qui n’est pas prĂ©cisĂ©e dans l’annonce, c’est compliquĂ© avec des adultes car on vit mouillĂ© Ă  50% du temps, j’imagine avec des enfants. Le site est magnifique, la vue splendide et il y a plein de choses Ă  dĂ©couvrir pour les curieux et les amoureux de la mer. On peut dĂ©plorer les chiens du voisin qui peuvent ĂȘtre bruyants et le manque de communication du gĂ©rant qui n’a pas pris le soin de voir comment nous nous en sortions malgrĂ© le confinement total.
