In the south of the Island of Oleron, in St Trojan les Bain, come and enjoy our house located Bd de la Plage.

The house is ideally located because it allows you to do everything on foot or by bike (the cycle path passes at the foot of the house): the sea, the port, the shops, the restaurants, the covered market, the casino ... everything is close at hand ... like the skate park for teens or the very small children's playground ...

The largest and most beautiful beaches in the south of the Island (Gatseau, the Grande Plage ...) and the thalassotherapy center are accessible by the numerous cycle paths on the Island ... less than 3 km from the house

Saint Trojan, hors saison, ça a du bon...

Séjour super relaxant, dans la jolie petite maison de Marie-Paule. Même si la météo n'était pas tout à fait clémente, nous étions fort bien 💕. Petite maison, cosy, bien équipée, ... Top ! Et quel plaisir de séjourner hors saison ! Ok, tout n'est pas ouvert, mais les balades sont plus cool, le chien peut jouer dans les vagues, etc. Bref, on est super contents, rentrés avec le plein d'énergie iodée... J'aimerais bien revenir - Chéri, on repart quand ??

Une excellente maison

Un emplacement de rêve pour ce joli gîte, 50 mètres d'un chemin de promenade, 100 mètres d'un marché couvert, et a proximité du pont de l'oleron pour découvrir la région. Le descriptif correspond très bien , tout est prévu pour d'excellentes vacances, même les vélos! La terrasse est très agréable et couverte. L'accueil est chaleureux et les conseils de balades sont très appréciables, et un gentil cadeau nous attendait dans le frigo..mais je n'en dirait pas plus. Le plus pour nous, c'est bien sûr que mes compagnes a 4 pattes ont été également bien accueillies. En un mot n'hésitez pas.

Une maison avec toutes les commodités

La maison est parfaite pour les vacances : gros plus pour les équipements qui raviront tous les membres de la famille. Nous sommes venus avec un bébé et un chien, c’était presque comme à la maison. L’emplacement est en plein cœur de Saint Trojan. A noter : la maison et son jardin donnent directement sur un parking important, même s’il y a des végétaux pour cacher en partie. La propriétaire est extrêmement agréable et professionnelle, à l’écoute des besoins. Le sentier côtier qui part derrière la maison est aussi très agréable et nous l’avons arpenté tous les jours avec plaisir pas d’accèss direct à l’océan néanmoins). Je recommande !

Au Sud de l'île d'OLERON rien ne manque

Venus pour une semaine en couple. Cette charmante maison ou rien ne manque nous a permis de mieux découvrir le sud de l'île, mais aussi de retouver certains lieux appréciés du nord. A proximité immediate à pied du centre-ville et de son marché quotidien. A Quelques petits kilomètres des magnifiques plages. Nous arrions pu profiter aussi des vélos mis gratuitement à dispositions, pour affiner notre découverte. Rien ne manque donc dans cette location, rien n'a manqué sur cette île ou l'on se sent bien en vacances.

Maison merveilleuse!

Coin très calme, surtout en mars (hors saison). Maison très bien équipée et parfaitement située pour faire toute sorte de courses ainsi que des ballades au bord de la mer ou dans les forêts. Très bon accueil de la propriétaire qui était toujours à l'écout et disponible. A revenir!

Sehr schönes Appartement mit allem was gebraucht wird. Da wir im Winter da waren, haben wir die Strände zum spazieren gehen genutzt. Leider sind sämtliche Lokale zur Zeit geschlossen… und jene, die geöffnet haben, sind auf Tage im Vorhinein ausgebucht. Trotz allem haben wir unsere Zeit genossen.

Super séjour

La location est très agréable, cosy et bien équipée… on s’y sent tout de suite très bien. La situation est parfaite car proche des commerces, du port et une jolie promenade en bord de mer démarre au pied de la location jusqu’à la plage du Gatseau. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil de la propriétaire qui est très arrangeante et disponible et avons apprécié le petit cadeau de bienvenue. En résumé vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Superbe point de chute pour profiter de cette île. La location est top, le marché à 1 minute, la réserve de palourdes à 3 mn 😀 Accueil très cool avec de petites attentions locales.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans la maison, qui offre tout le confort, équipement parfait niveau cuisine, literie très confortable, jeux et livres à disposition qui ont fait le bonheur de nos enfants pendant les périodes de pluie. Jardin également fort agréable même si le temps ne nous a pas trop permis d'en profiter. Idéalement située pour des promenades au départ de la maison avec notre chienne, commerces accessibles à pied, et vélo à disposition. Nous reviendrons, merci pour l'accueil et votre bienveillance ! Superbe séjour

La maison est très fonctionnelle, décoration raffinée localisation en centre ville de st Trojan très pratique. Tout le confort dans cette maison, avec tout le nécessaire pour la cuisine. Le wifi au top. Ballades en bord de mer, dans la forêt tout à pied ou à vélo (mis gracieusement à disposition) appréciable. Stationnement de la voiture dans la propreté. Gentillesse et bienveillance de la propriétaire. Nous y étions pour noël et nous avions à notre arrivée l'agréable surprise d'une maison toute décorée avec un beau sapin blanc. Nous recommandons cette location avec grand plaisir. Merci encore et à bientôt. Nous y reviendrons avec bonheur.
