CasaGrandeは、ローマ中心部の古代バロック様式の宮殿のメインフロアにある2階建ての大きくて広々とした180平方メートルのアパートメントです。 CasaGrandeには、6メートル以上の高さの木製の格間天井のある大きなリビングルームとラウンジがあります。
著名な現代アーティストによるオリジナルの絵画とリトグラフが壁を飾るだけでなく、大きな壁のタペストリー、中東の所有者の旅の思い出を飾っています。
4つのベッドルームがあり、それぞれに専用バスルームがあります。
バスルームはシンプルでベーシックですが、すべて揃っています。シャワー室は70x70 cmです。通常、最大8人、10人のエキストラベッドを収容できます。
CasaGrandeは、短期または長期のローマ滞在に適した場所であり、ビジネスでの滞在に最適です。 CasaGrandeは、長い旅で時間を無駄にすることなくローマを訪れたい人を対象としています。まさにその中心にいます。

Phenomenal location

This property was centrally located, walkable to majority of must-sees, many great restaurants nearby and the host provided a great in-depth orientation. We had 6 adults and 2 toddlers and the space work great for us.

Perfect location for family in the Middle of Everything.

A beautiful traditional home in the centre of Rome

This gorgeous property is a wonderful place to stay to explore Rome. The location just off Piazza Navona puts all the main sights within walking distance. The accommodation was ideal for our group of seven spanning three generations - the chess set was an added bonus! Roberto and Alice communicated well from booking to check in, and were friendly and welcoming. Would recommend this property to anyone looking to fully immerse themselves in this beautiful city.

Wonderful villa

We had a wonderful stay at this Villa. The rooms were large, the full kitchen was very nice, and you can not beat the location. We walked to almost all the sites we wanted to see. Piazza Novana is a highly desirable location. Hosts were very quick to answer any questions we had too. Book it-you won’t regret it.

When in Roma!

Can’t say enough about our stay in Roma! Location: exquisite; Apartment: spacious and clean. The best of all was the greeting we received and concierge service from Karina! Karina gave us the best restaurant and rooftop recommendations and was readily available at anytime. Karina made our Roma trip perfecto!!

We would stay here again

Perfect location- we would stay here again. The property is charming. Great neighborhood. The one piece of advice I would give is to bring noise cancelling device, air pods, etc. One night the street noise was loud, so I slept on the couch, as my room overlooked the street. Property managers very responsive.

Family vacation

Our family of 8 (6 adults and 2 children) had a lovely time. The apartment fit us well and provided amenities that made our stay comfortable. We were very centrally located allowing for us to walk everywhere!

Best Place in Rome to stay

This is an absolutely beautiful place to stay. The location is right next to Piazza Navona with plenty of fantastic places to eat and sites to see. There is a taxi stand right at the end of the street which is very convenient. I highly recommend staying here...you won't be disappointed.

Great location and property

This was in a fantastic spot and the property was perfect for multiple couples. Although I wouldn’t exceed 7 as one of the rooms is really for a single person, which was perfect for us since we had 3 couples and 1 single person. The property had great amenities and again the location was far better than other spots we stayed at. The only issue we had was the lack of hot water in one of the bathrooms. The property manager was very attentive and worked hard to address. Overall great place.

Family trip to Rome

Everything about this property exceeded our expectations. It is large, which is unheard of in the city and the location near Piazza Navona could not have been more perfect. In addition, the owners were incredibly responsive and helped to connect us with locals who planned several tours for us. They were private and the tour guides were some of the best we had during our 10 days in Italy. We cannot wait to come back!

Perfect Location!

This property made our experience amazing. It was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The property managers were great and made check in and check out easy. There is an elevator to help with luggage or anyone that might have an issue walking. There are several cute restaurants nearby as well. The place was clean and had everything we needed.

Great family vacation house!

Alice and Roberto, the property owners were friendly and responsive. The location is perfect, literally around the corner from Piazza Navona. Early morning walks around the area watching Rome awaken were lovely. This property is perfect for a family vacation. We arrived on Good Friday and shopped in Campo di Fiori or our Easter dinner . The house was large enough for our family of 7 to entertain our Roman family. The living area was comfortable and kitchen was fully equipt. We highly recommend this property.

Casa Grande is a special house. The baroque palace where it is located was built in 1670, together with the S. Agnese church in Agone which overlooks Piazza Navona. The wide spaces, with wooden coffered ceilings taller than 6 metre, the partition on two floors of some of its environments, the fully equipped kitchen separated from the dining room with a large sliding glass door, and many other details, give this house a soul, with its own personality. Thanks to its thick walls, some even one metre thick, it is able to maintain the ideal temperature and therefore it is warm in winter and cool in summer without the need of air-conditioning. Four bedrooms each one with its own bathroom make it very cosy.
