El espacio

Beautiful home! Nice to have cleaning supplies available and well stocked. The outdoor toys/court and fire pit were great. Very nice place to gather with our family.The space heater in the basement wasn’t strong enough for the lower room. Having a hair dryer provided would be nice.Overall it was a great weekend!

We had a fantastic time! Great amenities, lots of space and activities to keep everyone busy and we especially loved that provider all the necessities to able to cook with and clean my family had a blast ! The only thing I would say was there was an unusual amount of lady bugs swarming the upstairs loft which made it uncomfortable to sleep in. Otherwise fantastic trip!

This is the second time our friend group has stayed at this venue. The remodel they did in the basement between out first and second stay was absolutely phenomenal, and we feel really addressed issues we had from the first stay. We are huge fans of all the outdoor amenities/spaces (huge deck, hot tub, fire pit, outdoor courts). We're not big light people and would have loved a few more lamps/end tables in some of the bedrooms, as well as some hooks in the rooms without closets. Overall an excellent place to stay in a beautiful and private location. We'll definitely consider another group stay!

Loved our stay, was already looking to stay again. Clean, very well stocked, perfect for kids and adults. Only wish we stayed longer. The gravel hill up to the location is no joke, though, be prepared.

Great location

Great location, with really terrific views. Hot tub and outdoor fire pit big pluses, and they kindly provide lots of towels. There was some mold in the basement bathroom around the shower, so our group elected to not shower there. But hosts were very responsive when I let them know, and I'm sure it will be handled appropriately.

Home away from home

Hidden on the hill, nestled away from chaos, this property provides you the peace you have been craving for. We had such an amazing time at this place. We have never been to a home so well equipped to cover all your needs. Breathtaking views, firepit, wrap around deck and ample amount of space to accommodate everyone. We were 13 people from ages 5 to 70, and no one had any complains, just smiles. We will definitely return to this home.

Beautiful Resort with Incredible Views!

Our group of 22 people had a wonderful time at the Fulton County Resort. There are a few nitpicky things that could have improved our experiences, which I will share here, but not enough to take away from the 5-star rating based on the cost and many great things about this property.We LOVED the large open spaces, the scenic views, the abundance of linens and blankets, and the layout truly provided opportunities for people to connect.Nitpicky feedback:The basement seating should be replaced. It shows its age, and some seats weren't very comfortable.Additional functional space heaters should be available for the basement area spaces.

Beautiful Setting

The setting is beautiful! We immensely enjoyed the views from the deck, overlooking the valley. And the pickleball court was well used as well. We did have an issue with the oven upon arriving. And the Big Green Egg that is pictured is no longer there, only a very cheap and tiny charcoal grill! We had gone prepared to fix most of our food on the charcoal grill, so we were quite disappointed about that. And then to have the oven not working either, made for a bit of a stressful first evening there. Everyone was hungry and we had no way to cook our food! We eventually figured out what was wrong with the oven and fixed it enough so that it could be used.

Martin family vacation

Our extended family enjoyed our stay at the Zook cabin very much. We had 28 members on our highest days. Everyone had a place to sleep with a few of the youngest on sofas. It was a very hot week and the air conditioning worked well. We did sweat a lot while we frequently enjoyed the volley ball, basket ball, and pickle ball court. One day we played volley ball in the rain and it was great! There were some morning family runs on the 3 mile roughly mowed path, although it was tricky figuring out the correct course at times. We ate most of our meals in and the kitchen was stocked well for our large family. The only thing lacking was enough utensils but we just bought some plastic. We definitely needed both refrigerators. There were plenty of linens/towels which was very nice. The view was beautiful as we appreciate the moutains and farm land. We used the large porch and the very nice blackstone grill quite a bit. We enjoyed Berkely Springs Park and the Western Maryland rail trial to name a few places we visited.

Could be great... but wasn't

The house is large, well appointed, has beautiful views ad is isolated (nice and quiet). That said, after a super easy check-in, we walked in to find ten hanging (full) fly tapes on the first floor with many others not yet caught. After looking around we found a full garbage can on the deck complete with empty raw chicken containers and other garbage but no bag (complete with maggots). After moving this to the storage shed area we set up for dinner, and had to clean the all top plates in the cabinet. So, ok, not a huge deal, the cleaners had an off day but we spent 3 nights and spent hours each day killing flies, in every room. OK Lets go for a walk around the two mile trail, half mile in we turn around because the Quad trail clearly has not been ridden in awhile and is now overgrown. Way too much money for all the issues and to leave asking if fly killing was an Olympic sport.

It was nice

Overall our stay was great. We thought the property was bigger due to the photos from the listing but it was a decent size. Enough space for myself and our family. Some mishaps with the linens but we were able to wash them in the washing the machine. The house has a lot of household items. The hot spot for Wi-Fi didn’t work consistently but we enjoyed ourselves still.

We had a fun stay at this location minus the bugs in the top floor bedrooms. The home was big enough so just did not use the top floor bedrooms.

Wonderful Place

I can't recommend this property enough for a weekend getaway. We had 11 old friends come together and had a wonderful stay at the cabin. They provided everything we needed and the house was perfect for our needs. We've already talked about re-renting this house for next year. And the photos don't do any justice to the view, it's absolutely gorgeous.

Great Family Get-Away!!!

The cabin was perfect for our group! There was plenty of room, the cabin was well stocked with all the linens, dishes and cleaning supplies needed. The views were spectacular and the area was perfect for hiking, four wheeling, and just relaxing.

We are a hands-on short term rental management company and mostly handle Airbnb listings and the logistical work that goes into managing these properties. Showcasing these properties to look their best and bring in higher returns for investors is just a small part of what I do. Currently managing properties in 13 different states.

I'm excited to say that the company has grown to include many team members! Heather, Aj, and Barb are all working full-time to help BNBbreeze maintain all of the beautiful properties we manage. Additional part-time team members help round out our entire business. Working with with these folks is part of what makes this job so fun:)
