Ideally located in a fishing village, in the heart of mussel farming and ostreiculture.
Vivier sur Mer is the leading producer of mussels from northern Brittany.
Located on the road to the bay of Mont Saint Michel, via St Malo and Cancale, discover our Emerald Coast.
Our rental is a newly renovated house for 6 people with wooden terrace and garden.
It consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (including 1 master suite) and 2 separate WC.
Sheets and towels are included when booking.

Lovely cottage - great location!

Terrific cottage located an oyster shells throw from the coast! Clean, smart and tidy with comfortable beds and all the facilities needed for a short stay. Add this to the proximity to the seafood stall opposite make this the dream location for a seafood lover!

Gute und ruhige Lage. Nicht weit zu schönen Stränden, St Malo, Cancale & Mont St Michel entfernt. Das Haus ist gut aufgeteilt und vor der Tür gibt’s die besten Austern der Welt!

Wir waren eine Woche dort und sehr zufrieden. In dem geräumigen Haus mit dem kleinen Garten konnte man sich wohlfühlen. Auch die Umgebung ist super. Schöne kleine Orte in der Nähe.

Bien situé, près de Cancale et pas très loin de St Malo, balade et visite au programme, en face de parcs à huitres avec vente direct de producteurs. Pour ceux qui aiment ! Maison bien aménagée avec tout ce qu'il faut.

Magnifique séjour

Merci à Marion et Dominique qui ont pensé à tout pour nous faire passer un séjour inoubliable. Belles attentions à l’arrivée, maison d’un confort incroyable où on se sent comme dans un cocon. Localisation idéale avec huîtres, moules et crêpes en face de la maison. C’est tellement rare de trouver des locations où l’on sent que les propriétaires veulent avant tout créer une belle expérience! Je recommande vivement!

Un agréable séjour dans une maison idéalement placée entre Saint-Malo et le Mont Saint Michel, disposant de tout le confort nécessaire pour 6 personnes. A noter, une borne de recharge pour véhicule électrique à 50 mètres.

Prima Urlaubsdomizil

Die Wohnung war groß, hübsch eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten wie ein zweites Handtuch, Wäscheklammern, stabil montierter Toilettensitz wäre schön. Dafür gab es eine Mikrowelle, Filterkaffeemaschine, Grill und schönen Freisitz. Die Lage ist für Ausflüge in die Umgebung perfekt, für Badeurlaub nicht geeignet. Markt mit regionalen Produkten in direkter Nachbarschaft, ebenso frische Austern und Muscheln. Als Familie mit fünf Personen haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schönes Haus mit schönem Garten

Wir haben 10 schöne Tage in dem Haus verbracht, nur leider war der Start etwas holprig. Google Maps hat uns bei Eingabe der Adresse zu einem anderen Haus geführt und wir haben das Haus dann nur durch rumfragen und vergleichen mit den Bildern aus der Anzeige gefunden. Die Hausnummer gibt es in dieser Straße nämlich 3 Mal, nur mit unterschiedlichen Zusätzen. Naja schlussendlich angekommen hat der Check-in mit Schlüsselkasten gut geklappt, das Haus ist auch sehr schön und entspricht den Bildern in der Anzeige. Es ist auch sehr kleinkindfreundlich mit Baby-Reisebett inkl guter Matratze und Hochstuhl. Der Garten ist komplett umzäunt, sodass wir unseren Kleinen da guten Gewissens auch mal allein spielen lassen konnten. Nur die Sauberkeit ließ leider etwas zu Wünschen übrig. Wir hatten das Gefühl, das vor uns ein großer weißer Hund dort gewohnt hat, jedenfalls waren überall weiße Haare. Vielleicht fällt einem das mit Kleinkind auf dem Boden auch nur besonders auf, aber ich musste am zweiten Tag erstmal saugen damit es einigermaßen ging. Die Gegend ist schön ruhig, direkt nebenan gibt es einen kleinen Bauernladen für regionale Erzeugnisse. Uns war allerdings nicht bewusst das wir mitten in einem Austernzuchtgebiet gelandet sind. Der Strand ist so flach, dass das Wasser bei Ebbe ca 1h Fußmarsch entfernt ist und man auch bei Flut nicht schwimmen kann und alles liegt voller Austernschalen und ist etwas schlammig. Aber ca 30 Autominuten entfernt in St. Malo gitb es sehr schöne Strände.

Un très bel hébergement très bien placé et très complet

Nous avons passé 4 jours lors du pont du 8 mai avec mon fils, ma femme et un couple d’ami. Nous avons rayonné sur la région entre Dol de Bretagne, cancale et le Mont ST Michel…et réalisé quelques balades de bord de mer…sans oublier quelques étapes gastronomiques et le marché de Dol. La maison est ultra agréable et très bien équipée. Le jardin est paisible…que du bonheur. Merci à nos propriétaires qui avaient laissé l’essentiel pour notre arrivée…du savon, du produit douche, les incontournables de la cuisine et même un sac de charbon pour le barbecue…c’est loin d’être le cas dans tous les gîtes de vacances et c’est très appréciable!

Super petite maison proche de la mer et des commodités, plutôt bien équipée avec des pièces chaleureuses ! Malgré un temps mitigé dehors (début janvier) nous n'avons pas eu froid et le logement état très agréable ! Merci beaucoup

Idéalement placée

Cette maison d'un très bon confort est idéalement placée. Elle est à 20-30 minutes des villes à visiter comme Saint Malo, Dinan, le Mont-Saint-Michel, Cancale etc... Elle est à 3 minutes de la plage. Quel bonheur. Nous y retournerons sans hésitation.
