Delightful Fisherman's cottage renovated in 2014/15, 150 meters from the beach, ideally situated in the port of Cancale swell. Quiet and yet very close to the action ... After a quiet sleep in large rooms and in the comfort of bedding, you can find oysters 50 meters and / or explore the surroundings St Malo, Le Mont Saint Michel, Dinan, Dinard.

The house is on 3 levels. On the ground floor, open kitchen, living room and toilet.
1st floor, 1 large bedroom with a bed of 160 cm, a bathroom with tub and shower, separate toilet.
2nd floor, 1 large bedroom with a bed of 180 cm, 1 convertible with mattress of 140 cm and a bathroom with shower.

WIFI and network jack in each room.
Digital TV and international TV bouquets.

Parking card for access to all of the port's parking provided.

Perfect location

The house was very comfortable and situated very close to all amenities. Arnaud was very helpful with places to visit. Car parking was close and easy. Everyone in Cancale was very friendly

Our group of two couples (plus baby) had the best time staying at this home! Perfect location in Cancale with a very well equipped kitchen and everything else you'd need for a short stay. Arnaud was a great host and took the time to explain all the ins and outs of the house, help us with parking, and give us recommendations for the area. I would love to stay here again!

Summer vacation

Excellent House in great location.

We had a great time in Cancale, a lovely town full of excellent restaurants. The house was delightful with 2 lovely bedrooms both with shower/bathrooms and everything was immaculate. Arnaud provided extra touches on top of the extensive facilities and was always aiming to please. We will definitely go back and would have no hesitation in recommending this lovely ex fisherman's house. Well done Arnaud and see you again.

Cosy fisherman’s cottage

Arnaud’s beautifully restored and lovingly furnished fisherman’s cottage was the perfect cosy base for a few days in October spent walking the coastal paths, swimming in the still warm sea and enjoying local seafood. The house is just a few steps from about 50 restaurants, the harbour beach and the oyster market, but is in a quiet and car free little backstreet. Arnaud welcomed us on a chilly rainy afternoon with a glowing fire in the burner and a twinkly sense of humour as he explained everything we needed to know for our stay. The house is superbly equipped for cooking, has oodles of hot water and a really efficient heating system. We had a wonderful stay rediscovering the area and hope to return before too long. Merci pour tout et à bientôt!

Ein sehr schönes, mit Liebe zum Detail renoviertes Fischerhaus, das keine Wünsche offen ließ. Es war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Alles was man brauchte war vorhanden. Es gab genügend Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe und trotz der Nähe zur Stadt war is in dem Haus ruhig.

Magnifique séjour à Cancale

La maison est très confortable, chaleureuse, très bien équipée et amenagée avec beaucoup de goût. Située au niveau du port de Cancale mais dans une rue très calme, nous avions tout à proximité. Wunderschönes Haus in toller Lage

Wir (Familie mit 2 Kindern) haben unseren Aufenthalt in Cancale sehr genossen. Das Haus befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Strandpromenade mit allen Restaurants, ist aber sehr ruhig gelegen. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und hat wirklich Charme. Arnaud war ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber und super flexibel. In der Umgebung gibt’s viel zu entdecken, vor allem ganz tolle Strände. Wir kommen wieder

Schönes Fischerhäuschen

Wir hatten zwei schöne Ferienwochen in Cancale. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben und es ist alles notwendige vorhanden. Sie liegt zentral zur Hafenpromenade um die Ecke, jedoch trotzdem sehr ruhig. Der Vermieter spricht Englisch und ist sehr zuvorkommend.

Très Bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le gite d'Arnaud. Le gite est très bien équipé, il correspond parfaitement aux photos. Le gite est très bien situé à 50 m des commerces dans une petite rue très calme. La seule particularité est qu'il faut prévoir un budget pour le parking payé qui se trouve à proximité du gite. Super accueil d' Arnaud avec beaucoup d'humour. Merci à Arnaud pour sa disponibilité.

Merveilleuses vacances malgré une météo partiellement pluvieuse

Nous avons passé 2 semaines (à cheval entre Juillet et Août) très agréables à Cancale dans une charmante location, propre, calme et très bien située à quelques pas du port de la Houle. Un super séjour à Cancale

Cité des huitres

Nous avons visité Cancale la première semaine de novembre car nous voulions suivre le départ de la Route du Rhum. La maison d’Arnauld est une maison ancienne magnifiquement rénovée et bénéficie d’un emplacement central dans le port de Cancale. Rien ne manque! À 70 mètres de la maison, vous vous tenez sur la promenade du port et vous pouvez choisir l’un des innombrables restaurants du port. Nous nous sommes sentis totalement à l’aise, et Arnaud est un propriétaire super smpathique, qui nous a fourni de nombreux conseils sur les environs et a une oreille ouverte pour tout! Comme Arnauld se marie le mois prochain, nous lui souhaitons une grande fête et tout le meilleur pour son avenir!!!! A bientôt à Cancale, Betty et Johann
