About this property

Large waterfront home with many outdoor and indoor activies.

Casa Mare is a waterfront property located only 2 miles south of Historic Downtown Granbury. This property has just finished an extensive renovation and has many activities for any age.

This 4 Bed 3 1/2 bath property offers a large back patio with great views down to the water of our natural canal. Two bedrooms upstairs also have private balconies that overlook the back of the property.

The property has a private 55 foot long dock that can be used for boat parking, fishing & swim.

This is a no pets allowed rental. One reason for no pets allowed is to provide a comfortable and safe rental for guests who have have pet allergies.

This property is the real deal! Right on the lake, perfect location to Grandbury restaurants and shopping. Property itself is wonderfully clean and spacious. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling to the area

Overall, the house was great. Plenty of room and great views. The game room really kept the kids busy. Wished the kayaks were in better shape abd that extra bedding was available for the futon.

Fantastic lake house!

We stayed during the Granbury Wine Walk weekend and it was fantastic! Everything we needed! House was beautiful and the patios and decks were perfect. Will definitely stay here again!

Amazing place to stay

Our stay at Mare Casa was just amazing. The home was very clean, smelled good, the view was stunning and everything was perfect. We especially loved the back deck and sitting out there for morning coffee.

Great Lake Get-away

Great Property in a Beautiful Setting

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The home was spacious and clean. Everything we needed for an easy and worry free stay was provided. We especially enjoyed sitting and relaxing on the deck overlooking the water. We will definitely rent again when we get back to Granbury. Thank you for a fantastic experience.

Great spring break getaway

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice and updated the home was. The views from the back deck were beautiful and it was quiet in the neighborhood throughout our stay. The owner was very responsive to any questions and the home is close to many activities and shopping. Will definitely want to stay here again!

Awesome place to stay!

This is a great place to stay with your family. It's been remodeled and is beautiful. When it got so hot during the afternoon the kids played air hockey and foosball that were in a game room. We will certainly be back!!!!!

Great Get Away

We spent our Spring Break at this wonderful lake house in Granbury. It was great to hang out with family, fish, kayak and watch movies. My kids also enjoyed the game room. It was great!

Great summer get away right on the lake Super clean, great a/c during the Texas heat and has plenty of amenities to make a good stay. Easy check in and good communication with owners There are a lot of stairs to the dock but worth the ease of access having the boat at our fingertips. 10/10 would stay again

Perfect getaway

Great little get away!

Beautiful home with something for all ages. My husband and I enjoyed fishing, while our teen enjoyed the game room. The location is great. You can hang out in town or hop over to Glen Rose to visit Fossil Rim and Dinosaur Valley. The owners were very easy to work with and responded to our questions quickly.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this property after returning from working overseas. With a weekend rental in-mind and enjoying hosting, we rebuilt the home to be comfortable and relaxing for our guest.

We hope that you will enjoy Casa Mare and the comforts that it provides.

What makes this property unique

With a large double lot and many trees, it is possible to see some great wildlife on the property.

From the back patio overlooking the water, you are sure to enjoy the peace an quiet of a early sunrise.

There is nothing like being the first out on the lake for a morning wakeboard session before breakfast and coffee.

Fishing off of the dock is great for catfish, bass and crappie. The 55 foot dock offers plenty of room for parallel boat and jet ski parking and still allow for swimming and fishing.
