On the peninsula of Cap Ferret, in Petit Piquey, charming villa of 130m2 (construction 2016), quiet, 5 minutes from the village center, the ocean and the basin.
Miles of cycling paths will take you all around the Bassin d'Arcachon and to the various beaches on the ocean for bathing or surfing.
You will discover Bordeaux and the vineyards castles of St Emilion or Medoc and visit Arcachon and the old mansions of the "ville d'hiver".
You will at last sit peacefully and taste oysters in the typical "cabanes" of the Bassin, along the beach.

The house itself is a very sunny wooden house with 5 bedrooms, sleeps 10, 1 bathroom, 2 shower rooms (walk-in shower) 3 toilets
American kitchen overlooking a large glazed living room.
Fully equipped house: dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, TV, Wifi. Outdoor barbecue, cot and high chair available.

Maison très agréable à vivre

Une très jolie maison décorée avec goût et très agreable à vivre. De plein pied, avec des espaces extérieurs bien aménagés. Les chambres sont confortables. Et à proximité de l’océan et du bassin. On recommande !

Actually we want to keep this place a secret 😊 Thank you Dom for your warm welcome and renting your house, where we immediately felt at home . It's even better than on the pictures especially the very nice and big garden. The owners have thought about everything. The house is fully equipped, with very good beds and showers, a big fridge in the kitchen and a plancha outside to bbq, it was a luxury. They decorated it also with very nice details. The patio/terrace corner was an absolutely hit, also when it rained a couple of times. We were with 4 adults and 5 young adults and there was place enough for everyone to relax and we even fitted with 9 persons around the round table outside, which was very nice. The beach and the big Supermarche in Claouey are both 6 minutes drive by car. There is also mini market in Petit Pique. And also the nice markets and the oystersbars are also close by. We all enjoyed it and we would like to come back for sure. On behalf of the whole family, many many thanks, Monique
