35m² studio, renovated and furnished in 2018. It is located in the city center of Brussels, on the third floor of a small residence comprising 3 housing units. The owners will welcome you in, French, English, Dutch or Spanish.
You will find a separate sleeping area with a double bed and a closet, a private Italian shower room, a cozy and bright living room with open kitchen, fully equipped with Bosh (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave & Nespresso machine).
You will appreciate a rotating television, visible from a comfortable sofa, the dining area or your bed.
All charges for the following services are included: Wifi, TV, insurance, water, electricity and heating.
A common laundry room with washing machine, dryers, iron and ironing board is at your disposal.
Possibility to store bikes on the ground floor.
Opportunity to rent an indoor garage on site (150 euros / month).
