Excellent place to stay. The interior decor was stylish, the bed was very comfy, there were little welcoming extras like bunches of grapes & biscuits provided. The host was also friendly.

We had a wonderful stay. Our hosts were very kind and helpful. The kitchen is well appointed, and has everything you might want for cooking. The apartment and garden are beautiful and make for a lovely and relaxing stay.

Alain was the perfect host. The apartment was everything we expected and more… It was well stocked with food plus close to markets, pharmacy, and restaurants. In a very quiet area by the University of Brussels. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!!

Our stay here was amazing. The home was fully stocked with kitchen, bathroom and laundry supplies. The host kindly provided bread, fruit, eggs, chocolate, coffee and juice so we could get going in the morning without having to make an immediate trip to the grocery store. The location is a short walk to the Metro and to a grocery store. The images on the listing accurately reflect the property. I would recommend this host and property to my friends and family.

Alain was a great host, super responsive, very welcoming, and the place was stocked up with snacks, drinks, etc. Alain gave us a good showing of the local area, and provides a binder with lots of helpful tips and info.

The property was spacious, clean, and the host left some goodies for us in the kitchen. Alain took the time to greet us at arrival, give us a tour of the property and the surrounding area and gave us a rundown on how the metro system worked. I cannot recommend staying here enough!

LOVELY STAY

Our host (Alain) gave us a great welcome. The apartment was very well equipped and beautifully furnished. Great location. Close to a metro and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Happy to recommend.

Very cosy and nice. Great room and please to garden for breakfast and to relex in the afternoon. Kitchen is fully stuffed and very conviniend to use. Hospitality by Alain is exceptionally nice. Highly recommended.

If we could give this place and Alain more than 5 stars , we would! The location (near Hankar station) is perfect. The property is beautiful inside and out. As for Alain, he thought of everything! His attention to detail and wanting his guests to feel at home was spot on! The BEST HOST we have ever had!

We stayed in this lovely apartment for 5 nights and found both the property and the hosts Alain and Alexandra exceptional. We have traveled and rented extensively and would rank this VRBO apartment at the top of our list. The apartment was spacious, spotless, comfortable, and very close (5 minute walk) to a quick Metro ride to the heart of Brussels. Our hosts were wonderfully welcoming and gracious. We highly recommend this rental and give it an unequivocal 5 star rating.

A Month in Brussels

We stayed in this lovely apartment while visiting our family. The accommodation had everything including a beautiful garden. Shopping and transit are nearby making this a convenient destination to explore the city from.

Perfect in Brussels

Alain was a great host. He gave us a tour of the area around the property: grocers, cafes, wine store.It was a bit far from the centre of all the sights, but the metro system is very good.5 stars all around!!!

Beautiful, clean, five star experience

Our stay here was wonderful! The home is nestled in a safe and charming community close to public transit, grocery stores and restaurants. It was very clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated inside. This home and the hospitality of our host far exceeded our expectations! We highly recommend staying here during your next trip to Brussels!

It was a great pleasure for us to welcome the Barker family. We are also very happy with their appreciation, which reflects the feeling of satisfaction we want to provoke in our guests. Successful holidays provides pleasure, housing contributes at least up to 50% of this pleasure. That is why we are very attentive to our guests and the apartment in which we receive them. Ce fut pour nous un grand plaisir de recevoir la famille Barker. Nous sommes également enchantés de leur appréciation qui reflète la réaction de satisfaction que nous souhaitons provoquer auprès de nos hôtes. Des vacances réussies procurent du plaisir, le logement y contribue au moins pour 50%, c'est pourquoi nous sommes très attentifs à nos hôtes et à l'appartement dans lequel nous les recevons.

This apartment was perfect. Spacious and with all the amenities for a wonderful stay. Alain and Alexandra were kind, gracious and organized. They had stocked the refrigerator with coffee, juice, milk, eggs and more. Everything is clean and extremely well organized. The house is 3 minutes by foot to the metro, several large supermarkest, and several restaurants. If I could, I would give it 10 stars out of five.Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great apartment clise to public transportation and easy access to Brussels center.

Very well furnished, felt like we were visiting family. Alain was welcoming, informative and generous. He showed us around his neighborhood and supplied us with coffee, bread and other lovely treats. We highly recommend his large and spacious place.

This was an absolutely beautiful property. It had all the conveniences of home, with an architectural flair. It was light, airy and comfortable. The private garden was a joy to sit in; from the beauty of the flowers and trees to the sound of the birds. Alain was a kind, welcoming and informative host; welcoming us personally and providing an overview of the apartment and surrounding area.

Our second stay

My husband and I stayed here a year ago and liked it so much that we were glad to return and didn't even consider other options on our most recent visit to Brussels. Comfortable, quiet, clean and nicely furnished; convenient to the metro system yet in a quiet neighborhood. Thank you to the owners!
