Amazing place

We will definitely be staying here every time we go to orlando. The room was clean and very spacious. The property has sooooo many things to do for everyone of all ages and is super close to sea world.

Amazing Resort -property was gorgeous!

Staff at resort were all super friendly, pools & tiki hut on island were so nice, only regret is that our schedule wasnt so packed and would have allowed us to spend more time on the grounds of the resort , there was plenty to do right there within the security of gated property. Wished we could have stayed longer, would love to go again! A+++

Great Getaway

Room was very spacious and had everything we could've needed. Check in was a breeze with curbside check in. Jake was very helpful in the booking process and easy to contact. We will be back again.

We’ve stayed multiple times

We’ve stayed at this property 3 times now. The room this time was a little disappointing. There was visible mold on the ceiling and around the tub. We did not experience this the first two times we stayed. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Good for a last minute plan

Our VRBO reservation cancelled on us literally the night before. I frantically needed a place to stay and ended up at this resort. Loved the condo with screened-in patio. My husband loved the workout room and variety of pools. In the deluxe room with a full kitchen, we were able to save money and cook!

Very good

The personal attention was excellent. The room is very comfortable and spacious. The only thing missing was proper cleaning since there was a lot of dust. The mirrors were dirty. But in general terms the place and everything they offer is very good.

The check in process was horrible. The unit wasn't as shown on the Pictures. Then dealing with the host was close to impossible.

Good value

We have stayed at Westgate before, and we will stay there again. The units are wonderfully spacious and have everything you need. Mattresses and pillows are very comfortable. Amenities on the grounds include multiple pools and places to eat. Our unit’s air conditioning went on the fritz, which made it heat up while we were getting dressed for a wedding, so that was pretty awful. The maintenance guy was quick to respond, but was not able to cool the place off before we left for the event. He checked on everything while we were gone, and the unit was cooled down upon our return, so we were able to sleep comfortably. Great location for Ubering.

Check in was easy, they gave a free upgrade to a two bedroom unit without me even asking. Once in the room a/c wasn’t working but they fixed it as soon as they were notified. Next day the dryer was broken, again fixed quickly. Room was clean and comfortable. The balcony floor was dirty, but the area is nice. The complex was a little rowdy through the night, people on their balconies, doors opening and shutting , etc. overall nice stay. Jake communicated very well and the process was smooth.

Worst stay in resort I have ever had!!!

Week stayed a week at this resort. While it was beautiful and the room was okay myself and my children all were woken up several times throughout the night. The walls in this place are extremely thin, I had to call security on several occasions for loud obnoxious people above us. You could smell weed being smoked on numerous occasions. There was loud explicit rap music being played talking about murdering people and swearing in it that my 7 year old had to experience. The toilet flushing, furniture moving and doors open were heard throughout the night. We were so happy to leave there! This was supposed to be a happy vacation and it was anything but that. We even ended up having to cancel going to the theme park because we could not get any sleep. My advice, don’t stay here. It’s not worth it. And if you want to use there very small water park with 2 slides, it cost 20.00 per person. Also, the staff would tell us there would be special events going on, we would go to them and it wouldn’t be as advertised. For example, spring festival was supposed to have snacks, games, etc no snacks and no games. Room service was not as advertised, several pool restaurant/bar closed early on Saturday! This place reminded me of a decent hud housing/section 8 with amenities. I will never go back.

Good Price

I had a friend recommend this place to me. The room was spacious for us, but it wasn't the cleanest. The tub was dirty, and lots of globs of hair on the floor throughout the rooms. Nice pool options except the water park was an extra $20 per person so we just used the regular pool. Had plenty for our family to do.

Parking is a nightmare - extremely busy

Extremely crowded weekend. Absolutely no parking. Had to walk almost a mile to and from parking garage after 3 failed attempts to contact front desk for any assistance. The room itself was clean and large with a few maintenance issues. However each night welcomed large crowds wandering the grounds, constant music blasting into early morning hours and a lot of traffic looking for parking spots. The check in process is confusing once arriving on site and front lobby was under construction. We saw multiple bags of trash sitting near cans for multiple days. Please don’t fully book your facility if you’re not staffed for it. A 20min wait to drive through the security gate due to only one entrance to resort after 11pm. The guest experience has suffered...

Amazing first family vacation

This place was by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The unit was perfect for our family of three. It was clean and had everything we needed. It was also in a great location. Close to shopping and food. Bonus was it was a straight shot to Universal studios. Jake was great to work with and helped with any questions we had. I highly recommend him and this place to stay!
