We offer our apartment of 65 sqm completely located in Colmar, Alsace.
It includes two rooms for four people: a master bedroom and a second bedroom for a second couple or two children. A living room with a TV, a very large fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a laundry room come to decorate this accommodation.
To make your stay easier, sheets and towels are included in the rental price.
You can also relax in the garden furniture available to this apartment which enjoys a quiet and pleasant environment.
Parking is very easy in front of the rental.
Located 5 minutes walk from the historic center and all shops and amenities, this accommodation located in raised ground floor is also accessible from the highway in 5 minutes.
Ideally located, you will easily access the many activities and riches offered by Colmar and all its region.
We have prepared a set of brochures that will hopefully make your stay a pleasant one.

Clean and Comfortable

The apartment was ideal for my husband, our two teenagers, and me. It had everything we needed for our stay, including laundry in the unit. Mr. and Mrs. Wanner, who live upstairs, were so helpful during the check in and check out process. Their hospitality and kindness was so appreciated and I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful Apartment in Colmar

Our stay in Colmar was great. The apartment is large and has everything you need. We were greeted by Veronique's in-laws who are absolutely wonderful. They gave us a tour or the entire apartment and even had a Le Kougelhopf and bottle of wine for us. The city of Colmar is picturesque. Well worth the trip. It's an easy trip to Basel Switzerland by train which made for a great day trip. I hope to return and spend much more time here!

Clean, quiet, restful.

Almost ground floor of nice building. Nearby market to pick up groceries for dinner. Convenient clothes washer and dryer. We spent day in old town Colmar (interesting but very busy with people), so nice to relax here at end of the day. Veronique’s inlaws upstairs, greeted us and showed us around (mostly in French and “demonstration”). Pierre walked with us to the nearby grocery. Veronique responded quickly in English to all questions.

Die Unterkunft war für uns das Beste von der Lage. Der Check in und out, super sympathisch. Die Sauberkeit und Ausstattung perfekt. Zu Fuss in die Altstadt und zum Einkauf nur wenige Minuten. Nach der sehenswerten Altstadt zurück in die Ruhe der Nebenstrasse, genau wie wir es gerne haben. Die 4 Tage konnten schöner nicht sein.

Nos alojamos 4 adultos en febrero del 2025 por 3 noches. El departamento está ubicado en un barrio adorable, a pocos minutos caminando del centro. Es super cómodo, 2 habitaciones, living, cocina completísima, calefacción, lavadora y secadora!!! Además, el parking en la calle es gratis y siempre hay lugar cerca del departamento.Nos recibieron los suegros, que son amorosos y nos regalaron unas masitas de bienvenida. No nos queríamos ir!!!! La pasamos genial, volveremos!!

Schöner Urlaub

Haben im Elsass viel gesehen. Colmar liegt perfekt zentral um in die kleinen Weindörfer zu gelangen Nach Straßburg ist es auch nicht weit. Die Altstadt von Colmar hat man von unserer Unterkunft aus in wenigen Minuten erreicht.

Perfekte Lage um zu erkunden!

Vielen Dank für die Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit, der Schwiegereltern die mit im Haus leben! Die Wohnung ist perfekt für eine 4 köpfige Familie. Es ist alles da was man braucht! Eine ruhige Lage und somit perfekter Ausgangspunkt für tolle Wanderungen in und um die Vogesen. In die Stadt läuft man ca.10 Minuten und wird verzaubert. Colmar ist eine wahnsinnig schöne Stadt. Man sollte sich Zeit nehmen auch die tolle Markthalle zu erkunden. Eine gelungene Reise! Nochmals Danke!

Gute Ausgangslage der Wohnung. 10 Min. zur Altstadt. Parkplatz vor der Türe. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von den Wanners begrüsst. Kurze Führung durch die Wohnung, die alles aufweist, was benötigt wird. Alles sehr unkompliziert. Wir können die Wohnung wirklich weiter empfehlen.

Die Lage ist top.Der Empfang sehr Gastfreundlich. Die Wohnung ist nett und auch einladend. Zu bemängeln gibt es doch etwas ; Der Boiler ist sehr laut, man glaubt es läuft eine Waschmaschine und das ganze 24/7.

Wunderschöne Ferienunterkunft in Colmar

Unsere vierköpfige Familie (41, 39, 10, 8 Jahre), einschließlich Hündin, hat in diesem hübschen und gepflegten Apartment einen sehr angenehmen und erholsamen Urlaub verbracht. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns die gesamte Zeit über richtig wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und man gelangt rasch in die Innenstadt und zur Autobahn, perfekt ist die kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeit unmittelbar vor dem Wohngebäude (insgesamt sechs Apartments). Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und würden selbst auch gern wiederkommen.
