It is furnished with a bed 140 cm, a dresser, a 19th century armchair and an Oriental rug. The kitchen is integrated with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, gas hob, extractor hood, toaster, coffee maker and electric kettle. The kitchen overlooks the living room (19 m2). The food part includes a table, chairs and buffet. The living area is furnished with a sofa bed, 2 armchairs, a coffee table, a flat screen TV and a DVD player. The bathroom (7 m2) has a bath with shower, a washbasin, washing machine and dryer bunk, toilet. This apartment is equipped with underfloor heating gas and mechanical ventilation. For sunny days we provide you with garden furniture and a charcoal grill. The kitchen diner is wide open on the flower garden of beautiful proportions by brick arches.
