We are from Austin, Texas Home of the University of Texas LongHorns. We came to Costa Rica to visit friends that had moved here from Texas and explore this beautiful country. After traveling to different countries and exploring what they had to offer, We fell in love with the Central Pacific Coast of Costa Rica-Specifically Jaco Beach. We knew this is where we wanted to be. After searching different areas we chose our condo on South beach where we can truly relax, but walk to all the action if we want.

Why they chose this property

We chose our property because it is a small 6 unit complex and we love the peace and tranquility of not being in huge hotel like condos. We walk out and are at the beach. There is a great restaurant on the corner at the beach, and for the kids they can at the play ground located at entrance of beach.

What makes this property unique

The benifits of this property is the Beautiful Roof Top Deck and Kitchen with lots of area to entertain and watch the beautiful sunsets. Also in the morning it is great setting and just watching the Toucans fly over and land in the mango trees. We have the Beach in front of us and also the Mountains behind us where you can walk the trails and enjoy all the wildlife.
