The property is a spacious mock Tudor 2 story home set in large mature garden and secured by a 1.5m wall and fence that affords lots of privacy and relaxation in the garden which borders a forested area with river frontage.Located only 6 miles from Royal Portrush Golf Course.
The house has large lounge and dining room.
Open plan kitchen and living area that leads to conservatory and into mature tree bordered garden.There are 2 wc’s on the ground floor.
Upstairs .......
There are 4 bedrooms, 2 with king beds are en-suite.
The third is a king and the 4th a singes...these 2 share a bathroom with tin, shower , bidet and toilet.
