À seulement 15 minutes du centre, de la Piazza Navona et Ă  proximitĂ© du magnifique parc de la Villa Doria Panphili.
L'appartement, au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage d'un immeuble avec concierge et ascenseur, se compose de:
- deux grandes chambres doubles (dont une avec lits séparables) climatisées et équipées de tout le confort;
- Un grand salon confortable (avec un canapé-lit double 160x200) et la cuisine entiÚrement équipée (vaisselle, accessoires, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, four électrique et micro-ondes etc.)
- deux salles de bains avec douche
- une terrasse fleurie pour le petit-déjeuner ou un apéritif en soirée

Les grandes chambres, équipées d'un mobilier moderne, peuvent accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 6 personnes. Dans les environs immédiats, il y a les principaux magasins, y compris un supermarché ouvert 7 jours sur 7 - pharmacie - Mc Donalds - ainsi que des restaurants, bars et magasins de toutes sortes.
L'appartement bénéficie de luminosité et de chaleur, il est également idéal pour deux couples qui souhaitent partager des vacances tout en conservant leur indépendance, ou une famille avec des enfants ou un groupe d'amis. le grand salon mÚne à une charmante terrasse et à une cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec quatre brûleurs. Bea is such an awesome person. Her place is convenient to everything. It's close to the Vatican. There is a pasticeria just next to it. Baked goods are sooo good. Her place is very cozy, clean and roomy. I would recommend it to all my friends who go to Rome!

Communications was great, Beatrice was very patient answering all of our questions and responsive to our needs. Being able to check into the apartment early was a huge plus after coming off of an overnight flight. She also arranged our transportation from the apartment to the cruise port. The neighborhood the apartment was in had a grocery store and restaurants near by. We did need to take public transportation or a taxi to the Vatican and city center but that was not a problem for us. In Rome it is less expensive to take a taxi than an Uber as only Uber Black is available. A taxi from the airport to the apartment was 55 whereas an Uber ran 90.

The apartment is a 10 min bus ride from the central part of Rome but the bus stop was right outside the apartment. It was quick and easy. The apartment was updated, beautiful and clean, we loved everything about it! Beatrice was a dream to deal with! She even helped us to get a ride to our cruise port after. All 6 of us said we would book again when we come back to Rome!!

Nice Apartment

The apartment was nice, just as described. It is located in a neighborhood with multiple restaurants and eateries, which was great. A grocery was also close by. We especially loved the coffee and pastry shop right next door and visited it each morning. There is a taxi stand also in front of the property, although getting a taxi in Rome was hit or miss for us the entire stay (including in the city). Overall, it was a pleasant stay although if ever returning, might opt to be more central in the city.

Pilgrimage stay

We had a great stay with Beatrice. She was quick to respond when we had questions and flexible to meet our needs. The apartment meet our needs very well and is close to several bus lines. Some of the appliances in the apartment could use repair. The door to one of the bedrooms would randomly lock and was extremely difficult to open, so we had to keep it open for our entire stay. The washing mashine had some quirks as well and took us a while to figure out how to use. There also were not clear instructions on how to turn on the hot water for the first day which would have been helpful. Even with these problems, Beatrice was quick to respond to our needs. I would recommend this for groups or small families

Excellent Stay

This place had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Rome. It was comfortable clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare fresh meals from the fresh produce from the market around the corner. Walking distance to some nice restaurants. One thing I didn’t realize was that it is further removed from Rome Central than I expected, which was not a problem, but if you’re looking to experience the Rome Central lifestyle this would not be an ideal stay for you. If you’re looking to stay away from heavily populated tourist areas than this is the place for you. We walked to Vatican City and a number of the must see attractions in Rome. I recommend this place with no hesitation. Beatrice and Romeo were very available and accessible whenever I needed any questions answered.

Hello everyone, I am convinced that this district (Aurelio) is really a good compromise for families and groups of friends who want to visit Rome without sacrificing proximity to the historic center but not enough to suffer the confusion and traffic, without sacrificing short distance that separates us from Fiumicino airport, without sacrificing a green largest park in Rome, about 187 hectares of park, Villa Doria Pamphili, where you can combine a pleasant walk or a run regenerating with a beautiful view of downtown Rome from the Janiculum.
A bike ride on the bike path that runs just a short walk from the apartment or good shopping at the nearby Prati district at the foot of the dome of St. Peter.
So there's really no reason that you still wait to book a stay at our property.
