Appartement lumineux et élégant récemment rénové (janvier 2016), composé de: salon, cuisine, terrasse, 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains (7 couchages); situé à quelques minutes de la place Saint-Pierre, du Vatican et de la chapelle Sixtine. À seulement 15 minutes du centre, de la Piazza Navona et à proximité du magnifique parc de la Villa Doria Panphili.
L'appartement, au deuxième étage d'un immeuble avec concierge et ascenseur, se compose de:
- deux grandes chambres doubles (dont une avec lits séparables) climatisées et équipées de tout le confort;
- Un grand salon confortable (avec un canapé-lit double 160x200) et la cuisine entièrement équipée (vaisselle, accessoires, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, four électrique et micro-ondes etc.)
- deux salles de bains avec douche
- une terrasse fleurie pour le petit-déjeuner ou un apéritif en soirée
- wi-fi et climatisation
- la télévision par satellite
Les grandes chambres, équipées d'un mobilier moderne, peuvent accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 6 personnes. Dans les environs immédiats, il y a les principaux magasins, y compris un supermarché ouvert 7 jours sur 7 - pharmacie - Mc Donalds - ainsi que des restaurants, bars et magasins de toutes sortes.
L'appartement bénéficie de luminosité et de chaleur, il est également idéal pour deux couples qui souhaitent partager des vacances tout en conservant leur indépendance, ou une famille avec des enfants ou un groupe d'amis. le grand salon mène à une charmante terrasse et à une cuisine entièrement équipée avec quatre brûleurs. De là, il y a accès à la première chambre double, équipée de tout le confort et salle de bain privée, et à la deuxième plus grande chambre avec un lit double éventuellement divisible qui, si nécessaire, peut accueillir un troisième lit pour les enfants de 0/3 ans.

She was incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating, helping us arrange transportation and answering any questions we had. The rental was just as advertised, convenient to Vatican City with all the amenities you could ask for. Beatrice was also always available and provided lots of dinner and site seeing recommendations. We loved our stay at this location. Beatrice was wonderful and very helpful during our stay in Rome. She greeted us on our first day and showed us all that the home had to offer. The location is just a quick drive to all the beautiful landmarks within Rome. The rooms were quite large, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were well lit and very roomy. The kitchen was stocked with all necessities, and the bonus was good air conditioning and a washing machine! Just outside of the building was a market, a pizzeria, and coffee bistros. Also, just outside is a taxi station which is very convenient when you are ready to visit Rome. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here.

My big passion is travel, I love to travel all over the world with my family; having three children our movements are always subordinate to the search for the right melting of quality comfort and price.
This is also and especially my first goal in doing my job of hosts, I always try to give the customer the maximum comfort at a very reasonable price.
I'll follow you personally, if you wish, in the organization of your stay, from the first step of reservation request helping you to organize your travel and stay.
I'll follow all the details: from the pickup at the airport to the organization of your visits, the booking of the best restaurants and, at the time of your arrival I'll personally show you the apartment and I'll be ready to answer your questions and integrate your projects with personalized recommendations.
You will be very impressed arriving at the flat you will se as the photos do not give justice to the space and the attention to detail you'll find in VATICAN LUXURY.

Hello everyone, I am convinced that this district (Aurelio) is really a good compromise for families and groups of friends who want to visit Rome without sacrificing proximity to the historic center but not enough to suffer the confusion and traffic, without sacrificing short distance that separates us from Fiumicino airport, without sacrificing a green largest park in Rome, about 187 hectares of park, Villa Doria Pamphili, where you can combine a pleasant walk or a run regenerating with a beautiful view of downtown Rome from the Janiculum.
A bike ride on the bike path that runs just a short walk from the apartment or good shopping at the nearby Prati district at the foot of the dome of St. Peter.
So there's really no reason that you still wait to book a stay at our property.
