明るくエレガントな新しく改装されたアパート（2016年1月）で構成：ラウンジ、キッチン、テラス、2ベッドルーム、2バスルーム（7寝）;サンピエトロ広場、バチカン、システィーナ礼拝堂から数分の場所にあります。 ナヴォーナ広場からわずか15分、素晴らしいヴィラドリアパンフィリ公園に近接しています。
コンシェルジュとエレベーターのある建物の2階にあるアパートは、次のもので構成されています。
-2つの大きなダブルベッドルーム（1つは分離可能なベッド付き）にエアコンが備わり、すべての快適さが備わっています

The apartment is a 10 min bus ride from the central part of Rome but the bus stop was right outside the apartment. It was quick and easy. The apartment was updated, beautiful and clean, we loved everything about it! Beatrice was a dream to deal with! She even helped us to get a ride to our cruise port after. All 6 of us said we would book again when we come back to Rome!!

Location was great. Beds were comfortable. Beatrice did an excellent job communicating. We liked the pastry shop and Todis food market that were nearby. We dined at the Boris restaurant and food was very good. Overall we had a good experience.

Nice Apartment

The apartment was nice, just as described. It is located in a neighborhood with multiple restaurants and eateries, which was great. A grocery was also close by. We especially loved the coffee and pastry shop right next door and visited it each morning. There is a taxi stand also in front of the property, although getting a taxi in Rome was hit or miss for us the entire stay (including in the city). Overall, it was a pleasant stay although if ever returning, might opt to be more central in the city.

Excellent Stay

This place had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Rome. It was comfortable clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare fresh meals from the fresh produce from the market around the corner. Walking distance to some nice restaurants. One thing I didn’t realize was that it is further removed from Rome Central than I expected, which was not a problem, but if you’re looking to experience the Rome Central lifestyle this would not be an ideal stay for you. If you’re looking to stay away from heavily populated tourist areas than this is the place for you. We walked to Vatican City and a number of the must see attractions in Rome. I recommend this place with no hesitation. Beatrice and Romeo were very available and accessible whenever I needed any questions answered.

Convenient location

We stayed four days at this unit. Everything went well, the beds were great. The water in Rome is excellent far better than a lot of places we’ve experienced. The restaurants are very good just across the street. We tried four or five all regret. The bus transportation is right there one very important thing that I noticed was The building seems quite secure. It’s lockdown pretty good. But the best part is that the owner is not very far from you and if there’s any problems, she is great to handle anything. She handled our transportation and helped us above and beyond what we all expected. I can’t say enough about Beatrice what a wonderful lady.

Lovely apartment

The apartment was clean and excellent for our family. I would stay there again. We would Uber into the city for sightseeing and walk back. We loved exploring the city this way. There are plenty of places close at hand to buy food for the apartment and your stay.

Nice flat, gracious host

Flat was as advertised. Beatrice was a wonderful host! Location was fine - about a 10 minute walk to the A line Metro.

Excellent choice

The stay was wonderful and so was Beatriz. The neighborhood was a bit of a walk to the main areas of attractions. Bakery right downstairs but the staff was not very friendly to tourists, which is a shame because had they been we would have been there every morning. However, the apartment itself was excellent.

Comfortable and convenient!

Clean and comfortable little oasis while in Rome. Perfect size for two couples and very close to restaurants and sites. Beautiful little bakery next door with the yummiest goodies!

Rome for the first time

Apartment was excellent, well placed to walk or get a cab, bus ride to all the major attractions. Good local restaurants and stores easily accessible. Bea provided first class information and communication. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend.

Loved our stay in Rome!

The layout of this place was fantastic, and we loved having a balcony. There are lots of coffee shops and restaurants around and it's run near the bus line that runs to near Vatican City. We felt safe walking around the area, and the bakery below has the best coffee! There was a bit of miscommunication of who was meeting us to let us in, but that was resolved pretty quickly. Beatriz is a great host!

Had a great time

Location was great. All our needs met. Street noise was a little surprising but we came to realize that was just Rome, in general. :) Plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to buses. We were able to get everywhere easily without a car.

Rome Getaway

We had a wonderful time staying at Beatrice's property while visiting our daughter while she is studying abroad. Apartment is centrally located near public transportation. Plenty of dining options close by. Beatrice was a wonderful host, helping us with, airport transport, restaurant recommendations and reservations. If we are ever back in Rome we will be staying here again!

Excellent Host.

Very clean modern apt. Did not prepare any meals but it has a full kitchen. Beatrice you thought of everything including Italy adapters( I dad my own) which shows attention to detail. Thanks for a wonderful stay in Italy, and the Taxi stand and bus stops right down stairs, and a Mc Donald’s.🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️

Hi, my name is Beatrice Ghezzi, and I'm the owner of this charming apartment located in a strategic position in Rome, I would say just perfect for your stay, thanks to the connections with the airport and the Termini Station or the proximity to the historic center and the Vatican .
My big passion is travel, I love to travel all over the world with my family; having three children our movements are always subordinate to the search for the right melting of quality comfort and price.
This is also and especially my first goal in doing my job of hosts, I always try to give the customer the maximum comfort at a very reasonable price.
I'll follow you personally, if you wish, in the organization of your stay, from the first step of reservation request helping you to organize your travel and stay.
I'll follow all the details: from the pickup at the airport to the organization of your visits, the booking of the best restaurants and, at the time of your arrival I'll personally show you the apartment and I'll be ready to answer your questions and integrate your projects with personalized recommendations.
You will be very impressed arriving at the flat you will se as the photos do not give justice to the space and the attention to detail you'll find in VATICAN LUXURY.
My second passion is cooking, I'm a Personal Chef at Home and I enjoy to organize dinners at home for any occasion, contact me to agree with the menu and I promise that I'll achieve the taste of the whole family, grandparents, uncles and children.

Hello everyone, I am convinced that this district (Aurelio) is really a good compromise for families and groups of friends who want to visit Rome without sacrificing proximity to the historic center but not enough to suffer the confusion and traffic, without sacrificing short distance that separates us from Fiumicino airport, without sacrificing a green largest park in Rome, about 187 hectares of park, Villa Doria Pamphili, where you can combine a pleasant walk or a run regenerating with a beautiful view of downtown Rome from the Janiculum.
A bike ride on the bike path that runs just a short walk from the apartment or good shopping at the nearby Prati district at the foot of the dome of St. Peter.
So there's really no reason that you still wait to book a stay at our property.
